Christie Seeks Delay for NJ's New Medical Marijuana Law

The Christie administration is seeking a delay in implementation of a new law allowing for the distribution of medical marijuana in New Jersey.
A spokesman for the governor says the requested hold of six to 12 months -- which would require legislative approval -- is meant to ensure that proper rules and safeguards are in place.
