PHILADELPHIA — Kenyatta J. Johnson, a well-known Democratic state representative, worked very hard during his first term gathering support among democratic voters to ultimately win Tuesday night as he was re-elected to the House of Representative seat in the 186th district of Pennsylvania.
By a certain margin, State Rep. Johnson defeated Timothy Hannah and Dyheim Watson in the Democratic primary.
With most precincts counted, Rep Johnson had 5,282 votes to Mr. Hannah’s 717 votes, and Mr. Watson’s 386 votes.
After his first year in office, he kept very busy amongst the Democratic lawmakers, as the House adopted Johnson’s resolution on May 4, 2010 to coordinate employment programs among state and federal government agencies.
