The Philadelphia Bar Association is demanding that a city judge resign immediately, following his admission that he moonlighted for years, running a real estate business out of his judge's chambers.
Judges police themselves, and a Pennsylvania state Court of Judicial Discipline has already suspended Philadelphia Common Pleas Court judge Willis Berry for four months without pay.
But Sayde Ladov, chancellor of the Philadelphia Bar Association, says the suspension is not enough and the association wants Berry (above) to resign:
