During the week of the 40th anniversary of the first lunar landing, astronaut Buzz Aldrin spoke at the Philadelphia Free Library.
Aldrin, the second man to walk on the moon -- behind Neil Armstrong -- remembers that significant moment in history, when his crew made it with 20 seconds of fuel left:
"Neil, as one of the most outstanding test pilots that could ever come along, was able to maneuver to a successful place when we touched down, and that really opened the door to so many other things."
Aldrin says the lunar landing helped to end the Cold War:
