Millions of dollars of electronic bank deposits will be made on Wednesday as the Pennsylvania treasury department works to get money flowing to agencies that have waited three-and-half months for a state budget to be approved.
State treasurer Rob McCord says between $2.5-3 billion will be paid out via old-fashioned paper checks that were mailed out on Tuesday and electronic deposits that will be made on Wednesday:
