Grant Blazes Trail for 'Green' Job Training in Phila.

A $750,000 grant will pave the way for an apprenticeship program in Philadelphia for weatherization technicians.
A state and federal approval is needed first. Then it's hoped the ExxonMobil-funded weatherization training program will begin in the fall.
And, of course, that means jobs.
