A Ridley Township (Delaware County), Pa. police officer is out of a job -- and facing criminal charges -- after an alleged assault on a convenience store employee last week.
Police officer Brian Decker, 33, was off duty when, according to court papers, he hit a Wawa manager who asked for proof of age when he bought some chewing tobacco.
The manager filed a complaint, alleging this was the third time that Decker had balked at being asked for ID.
