On Some Side Streets, Little Sign of a Plow

It's a scene repeated all over Philadelphia, where the major streets have been plowed, and the minor ones... not so much.
It's a good thing that Philadelphia is pedestrian and mass-transit friendly, because many of the side streets have not seen the business end of a plow since this weekend's snowstorm.
Andrew Dalzell, who lives in Southwest center city, doesn't drive. He says it's probably just as well given what he saw walking to work past snow-buried streets:
