Philadelphia mayor Michael Nutter was back in Harrisburg on Tuesday, lobbying for approval of key measures that would stave off a massive shutdown of city government.
The mayor spoke with KYW Newsradio from the state capital, and his message included a warning for suburbanites.
As the mayor makes the rounds in Harrisburg, he is warning lawmakers that without their help he will impose his so-called 'Plan C,' which shuts downs huge numbers of city services.
