Members of Pennsylvania social service agencies got together on Thursday at Methodist Services for Children and Families to discuss what happens to children under state care when money for their services run dry.
Bernadette Bianchi (right), with the Pennsylvania Council of Children, Youth, and Family Services, says service agencies are receiving no public money as long as there is no state budget:
"I would like to see our elected officials be responsible and do their job. If any of us in human services was 50 days behind a monumental deadline, we would be fired."
