Hundreds of people rallied on Wednesday in front of the Media, Pa. (Delaware County) courthouse to remind state officials that their budget impasse is devastating some of Pennsylvania's most vulnerable people.
Representatives from more than 70 non-profit agencies say they're on the brink of collapse. Organizer Joseph Rogers is with Mental Health Association of Southeastern Pennsylvania:
"They've extended their credit lines, what resources they had in reserve. As the weeks pass, they're going out of business."
