The number of confirmed cases of swine flu in Pennsylvania went up to ten on Friday, up from two on Thursday.
Five of the new confirmed cases are in the Philadelphia region.
In addition to the two cases of swine flu that had already been confirmed in Montgomery County, state health department spokeswoman Holli Senior says there are now two confirmed cases in Philadelphia, two in Bucks County, and one each in Chester, Allegheny, Luzerne, and Lycoming counties.
