On a visit to Philadelphia, US Senator Bob Casey heard from a wide range of business and community leaders who are still waiting to find out how economic stimulus dollars will be doled out.
During the roundtable discussion at Community College of Philadelphia, Sharmain Matlock-Turner of the Greater Philadelphia Urban Affairs Coalition says folks still don't understand how they can take advantage of opportunities:
'There is still a disconnect between the amount of information and what's getting down to people on the ground, especially in low-income communities."
