A program that provides comprehensive dental care inside Philadelphia schools is expanding, thanks to the recession. More and more families are skipping dental care because of the bad economy.

It is the first of the year visit by the Oral Health Impact Project that visits 145 schools in the Philadelphia district twice a year to provide comprehensive dental care to kids who need it. Founder Dr. Lawrence Caplin:
