A wine festival was held in South Philadelphia on Sunday to raise scholarship money for kids in the neighborhood.
The wine festival was held in Vendemmia Square - between Pattison Avenue and Hartranft Street at South Broad and 20th Street. The annual fall festival called the Vendemmia Festival for "grape harvest" celebrates Italian culture and heritage and features wine tasting, homemade wine competition and food from local restaurants.
