The Valley Club -- a Huntingdon Valley, Pa. swim club that was at the heart of charges of racism
last summer (see related story) -- is back in the news. The property could have a new owner by next month.
The club -- swimming in a sea of legal bills and other liabilities after it turned away a group of mostly African-American children in June 2009, contending that there were too many children for the lifeguards on duty -- filed for bankruptcy last November.
