LOS ANGELES (AP) -- It's another close weekend at the box office, with the animated adventure "How to Train Your Dragon" and the superhero comedy "Kick-Ass" dueling for No. 1.
According to studio estimates Sunday, "How to Dragon Your Dragon" took in $20 million, with "Kick-Ass" just behind at $19.75 million.
With just $250,000 separating them, the No. 1 spot was too close to call.
The previous weekend, the comedy "Date Night" led the action tale "Clash of the Titans" by about the same amount based on Sunday estimates. But "Clash of the Titans" came out on top when final numbers were reported Monday.
The No. 3 spot also is close, with "Date Night" at $17.3 million and the comedy "Death at a Funeral" debuting just behind at $17 million.
