Williams Gets Backing of Bob Brady in Pa. Governor's Primary

Pennsylvania state senator Anthony Williams (D-Phila., above left) will have the Democratic Party machinery working for him in the May 18th primary for governor.
Congressman Bob Brady (D-Pa., above right), who doubles as the chairman of the Democratic City Committee, says that Philadelphia ward leaders will get out the vote on behalf of Williams:
"It means he's going to have 3,400 people out there on election day at every polling booth, pushing his name for the primary."
