Montco Man Charged in Rt. 422 Road Rage Shooting is Found Dead

A multi-state manhunt was begun on Thursday -- then suddenly called off -- after a Montgomery County man suspected of shooting another motorist two weeks ago in an apparent road rage incident was found dead in his home.

Law enforcement officials said that suspect John Yannarell of Gilbertsville (above), failed to appear on Thursday morning for a district court hearing in Collegeville, Pa.

Detectives were dispatched to his home in Gilbertsville, where they broke in under a search warrant. A short time later, medics were called to the home and the manhunt called off, with no immediate explanation from officials. Sources told KYW Newsradio that Yannarell was found dead in his home.
