The champagne was on ice at the Philadelphia Newspaper building as two reporters with the Philadelphia Daily News won the Pulitzer Prize for investigative reporting. It's the highest honor in Journalism.
Daily News reporters Barbara Laker and Wendy Ruderman won the Pulitzer for "Tainted Justice", a series from early 2009 that uncovered allegations of a narcotics force that was fabricating search warrant applications, and also raiding bodegas and stealing money.
