Prison Officials Review Suspect's Escape Plan from Jail

The Philadelphia Prison system is looking into how a dangerous inmate escaped from jail on Thanksgiving.
Philadelphia District Attorney Lynne Abraham reacted to news that 28-year-old Oscar Alvarado (photo) escaped from the Curran-Fromhold correctional facility on Thanksgiving by obtaining a visitors pass, civilian clothing, and walking out of the lobby:
"It is very disturbing obviously that a fugitive and an accused killer is allowed to just walk out."
