Big Turnout, Great Weather for the Philadelphia Marathon

The winner of the 2009 Philadelphia marathon hails from Raleigh, North Carolina.
Twenty-five-year old john cruise finished the 26.2 mile course in two hours 17 minutes and 15 seconds. This is his third marathon win, but first here in Philadelphia, and he says he felt like he had a chance coming in:
