Nancy Glover’s Growing Struggle Over Media Delaware County Courthouse

The story of Nancy Glover and Honorable Judge Maureen Fitzpatrick is one of almost unbelievable family court abuse and judge cruelty. In fact, the testimony of the defendant Mrs.Glover incriminates many others. Allegedly, others are certain Pennsylvania Justices at Media Delaware County Family Courthouse. Although there are currently 24 Delaware County Board of Judges, 19 District Court Judges, 5 Senior District Court Judges, not to be confused with Delaware County Magistrate Justices, Allegations of blatant inconsiderateness in the courts of Judges Maureen F. Fitzpatrick, Barry C. Dozor, and Michael F.X. Coll is the norm. But according to Mrs. Glover about Fitzpatrick, putting it as respectfully as I can, to say the least, Judge Fitzpatrick’s behavior is inconsistent with fair citizenship. I’ve met Judge Fitzpatrick. And if someone told Fitzpatrick that she would be inconsistent to decide for the plan after attacking it, most likely she would attack any way. While the plan here is to save families, according to Glover, Fitzpatrick’s decision is most often a report full of inconsistencies ending in fear.

October 11, 2006, in a cool West Side Media Courthouse, court clerks and audience found the tortured soul of 50 something Nancy Glover in tears. If you’re gonna want to help defend Nancy you’re gonna want to have independent reporters and police on the courthouse floor. Over that winter, when many inner-city plaintiffs and defendants were inside miserably watching the flow of predatory justices, Glover expressed being abused.

Terrified from the memories of a 9MM automatic to her head and threats to kill the children, Nancy was allegedly being systematically mentally tortured by the Judge, estranged husband and his girlfriend. According to Nancy, he stopped paying 5 months of bills and destroyed their heater. Fitzpatrick allowed an appraisal presented by estranged husband as factual during divorce proceedings based on a ride by from the street after the complete appraisal. Overlooked was an engineers report concerning the structural damage caused allegedly by her husband during domestic violence incidents reported to police into consideration worth $150,000.00. This too happened according to Glover. Cashed were all of Glover’s insurance checks and reimbursement checks since 2000. These included doctor checks deposited in the girlfriends’ account.

Nancy complaints of doctor visits, having problems swallowing, in pain from a broken collarbone were also ignored. There was obstruction of evidence about an attempt to get the deed to the additional property & sell it out from under Nancy with the help of a friend. Struggle to be fairly heard is the norm. In the end, Nancy alleges that Judge Fitzpatrick would not permit her to speak or present any facts. There was no more pleasure for Fitzpatrick to get from allegedly abusing the defendant so Nancy was ordered to come up with thousands of dollars to pay or else be evicted and see the house sold. And Nancy is to be removed from her home; she is disabled and uses a wheelchair. Today, in less than two months Nancy, accompanied by her grandchild (Malia) and daughter (Amanda), who also has chronic medical conditions, is on her way to being homeless. Today, Nancy can not get the loan so desperately needed to save her home. When Mrs. Glover called me with this very credible story I offered to help.

Remarkably, the Judicial Board of Conduct investigators about similar conduct, who incredibly concluded the court situation had improved, was questioning three years earlier in 2005, Judges Fitzpatrick, F.X. Coll, and Dozor.

I cannot help to think of Glover and her children. Since I first read the Glover family’s' story of the monstrous cruelty at the hands of their justices, I think of Nancy at winter's end. I will never understand what makes people, such as Dozor and Fitzpatrick, allegedly do the horrific cruel acts to small children, and in a way, I hope I never do understand it. Then I refocus and think of Nancy - so brave, so determined to beat the odds – and I send a silent hope to her: that her life is on the way for peace and happiness and positive change.
