Witnesses: Accused Cop Killer Attacks Attorney in Court

One day after being removed from court for being disruptive, witnesses say accused cop killer Eric Floyd attacked his attorney Wednesday morning.
Floyd, was being questioned by the judge, who asked the defendant if he would behave in court, when, witnesses say, he attacked his lawyer William Bowe from behind, punching him twice in the head before being restrained by sheriff's deputies.
Bowe was taken from the courtroom on a gurney and transported to the hospital but his injuries do not appear to be life threatening.
