Pennsylvania health and emergency officials say that as of Wednesday morning there were 19 "probable" cases of swine flu in the state, and a second case that’s been confirmed in Montgomery County.
Pennsylvania health officials say the CDC reports that nationally, about 35 percent of swine flu cases involve some sort of nexus with travel to Mexico.
But that condition is much higher among Pennsylvania’s probable cases, according to Dr. Stephen Ostroff, state acting physician general, who says that “nexus” involves people who have been to Mexico or have had contact with such people:
