In the labyrinth of a Civil War era factory in Kensington, the future is being forged. Twenty-one students, some making the transition from welfare, are starting to train for green jobs. That's green in more ways than one because while it is about energy saving improvements, it's also about spending money to save money, so Deputy Mayor Andrew Altman says students can do well by doing good:
