Philadelphia police have made two arrests in connection with the murders of two teenagers last Sunday in Gray's Ferry. Police say the two suspects are showing no remorse.
Police homicide Captain James Clark says it was a case of mistaken identity. Harvey Lewis,15, and Dominique Smith, 18, were both shot in the head on Sunday, April 19:
"We have information that they knew that these were not the two that they were having a problem with and they still chose to shoot them both in the head."
