A ruling was made late on Tuesday on the controversy surrounding a Montgomery County swim club.
The Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission says there is evidence that the Valley Swim Club in Huntington Valley discriminated against a group of mostly African-American Philadelphia day campers when the club withdrew an agreement to let the campers use the pool.
Brian Mildenberg is the lawyer for the camp family that brought the complaint:
"Probable cause exists to support the complainants' claims that they were discriminated against on the basis of their race, and an order has gone out containing terms of adjustment."
