The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board has approved Sugarhouse Casino's modified construction plan and a two-year extension of its license.
At a hearing on Wednesday afternoon (above), Chicago billionaire Neil Bluhm conceded that the lending market is very tight at the moment but he assured the Gaming Control Board that his team will find the $150 million in financing they need to move ahead with construction of an interim casino:
"My family and I and my partners have $160 million of cash invested in this project, so it's all I think about."
