Vanessa Brown became Pennsylvania’s new State Pa. Rep. official primary winner. Brown, who believes that voter turnout across her 19oth District may have run high to help her win Primary Day, is ready to step in as likely State Rep. come the month of November.
Likely State Rep. of 190th District Vanessa Brown thanked supporters around 9:30 PM mid-evening in the City of Philadelphia last night.
“I'd like to thank my dad, Lee Tolbert, and Mike Horsey for being a very important part of the work to get this done," says Brown speaking with a lot of courage and joy. Some estimates have Brown defeating incumbent State Rep. Thomas Blackwell, by as much as a 11,000 vote margin for the seat.
It will most likely be a higher turnout in a voter-rich West/Southwest/North Philly areas that will overwhelmingly push for a Vanessa Brown first woman elected to be State Rep. serving the 190th District House of Representatives. Brown didn't mention that there were some problems with voting machines in her polling places.
