A new study finds that the second hungriest area in the United States can be found in the Philadelphia region.
The area -- the first Congressional District (above) -- includes South Philadelphia and parts of North Philadelphia and Chester.
The study, by the Food Research and Action Center, claims that the region comes in second to a portion of the Bronx in a ranking of people having the hardest time putting food on the table.
