Antoinette “Tony,” “ AC,” Cook started out years ago as a teen watching a dance TV show called ‘Dancing On Air’ which the show was on the air weekdays, Monday through Friday, from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM on Channel 17 in Philadelphia, PA. Tony had a love for entertainment. Tony said to herself, thinking about a television and radio career, that she would be on that dance show one day. It didn’t take long for Antoinette to make it to the big time on television. Cook entered a contest to appear as a dancer on the show and won.
The very first time AC, a.k.a. Antoinette Cook had appeared on the Dancing On Air Iconic show the producers of the show loved the energy that she bought to the show. This lead to the producers asking Cook to come back as a regular dance fixture. Agreeing to do the show each week Dancing On Air helped change Cook’s life for a positive beginning in the entertainment business. Back then Michael Jackson was it that launched Tony’s career as a very young producer of a major television show.
