Judges Barry Dozor, Maureen Fitzparick, F.X. Coll, Media Family Courthouse Judges History of Mental Illness; Antonio W. Cook by Van Stone vspfoundation
Antonio Washington-Cook, a Philly native, is this week's positive kid involved with reading the SCOOP newspaper and the Phila. Front Page News, www.frontpagenews.us. The Thoughts of Black Men, WVSR-AM, and Dr. Van Stone are working hard to keep Youth Stars like Antonio safe and busy. Perhaps we can help set up a personal visit between Antonio and childcare lovers such as Phila. Councilman Jones, PA State Rep Payton, Congressman Bob Brady, and even Phila. Mayor Nutter as a healthy fun summer trip.
For over 400 years or so families living in the section of Delaware Pennsylvania called Media have been participants in courts. Unfortunately, history shows that many of the Media District Court justices were lawyers having some sort of mental illness long before they became honorable judges. And these same District Court justices have been making decisions in relation to public policy and the education of children living in the state of PA. Therefore it does not take a scholar on the subject of children and the family courthouse to realize that the goal for judges in Media Delaware County Family Courthouse to improve the happiness of kids and positive parents is not being achieved. Nor will it ever be achieved, for several important reasons.
First, public policy affects every aspect of children and parental rights relating to judges deciding who can no longer raise their own biological kids. Family court judges decision making base cannot be beyond any individual’s or family's capacity to survive without the male or female parent. But, Media District Court Judges knowing this still have an extreme high rate of terminating all rights of parents, especially the male parent. And doing so usually ends the kids' suffering from neglect, depression, and slow-achieving. Judges such as B. Dozor, M. Fitzpartick, and F.X. Coll have a caseload ending in repetitively displacement of small children from both the male and the female parent. Second, there are over 17 Media District Court judges, 10 affecting Philadelphia County, 5 affecting Bucks County, and 3 affecting Delaware County and numerous others all creating and carrying out decisions to terminate fatherly rights without necessarily any consistency with public policy. No one can identify all these justices decision making with child or adult psychiatrist support, let alone what each is doing. Third, city and state policy like the city of Philadelphia and the state of Texas have not changed in any degree it’s view on terminating the rights of male parents in over 1,000 years.
For the first time known to residents who reside in counties in the state of Pennsylvania, psychiatrist and public law makers are together concerned about the mental health history of some of the justices serving Media Delaware County Family court. Questions are being raised about public policies for children and their own families in relation to what is happening in Media. Many want a better understanding of such court decisions and the know-how of such terminating rights of parents as it does effect changes in Philadelphians and their Delaware County neighbors. There is a therapeutic component that should be a comprehensive approach to the total history of lawyers who become family court judges, especially in Media Delaware County Family Courthouse. Evaluations might show that certain justice’s legal history began with overcoming emotional difficulties from both a psychological and psychiatric perspective. It is not surprising to know that particular authorities of the past dealing with courts, such as kings and judges, had mental illness that played a very frightening role in the result of children being unhappy for life.
Phila. Kids News Now: Philadelphia is facing a negative problem where Media Delaware County Family Courthouse Judges are terminating all communication of fathers with their own kids. Still many Philly kids are doing pretty good considering the plight. Antonio Washington-Cook is 8-years-old. And he is a great kid who represents Philly well despite the fact that many kids are coping with today’s crisis. Antonio loves basketball and the W.W.E World Wide Wrestling Entertainment Federation. And at such a young age, he is also a youth model for The Philadelphia Front Page News, an online newspaper located at www.frontpagenews.us as well as and Philly Radio Station WVSR-AM 1360.1. Antonio Washington is such a delightful young man for his young age.
We as adults should always be involved with our youth interest and education, as this can be so very important to instill hard work in them. Antonio Washington is a very special young man and his mom, Radio Personality and Television Executive, Antoinette “Tony,” “AC,” Cook, (WVSR-AM Philadelphia) is so very proud of him.
