How Mental Illness [Judges B. Dozor; M. Fitzpatrick; F.X. Coll;] Became Prevalent In Media Family Courthouse by Van Stone vspfoundation@yahoo.com (215) 7478746

Above: Brahleah Stone, Young-en Radio Star at www.wvsr1360.com. You can hear other happy voices of children's laughter week nights at WVSR-AM. Check web page for local listening times. Reminder: If you are a resident of the Delaware County or Philadelphia County and suspect the terrible effects of Judge Mental Illness in Media Delaware County Family Courthouse please contact concerned politicians Councilman C. Jones, State Rep. T. Payton, Congressman B. Brady, or Phila. Mayor Michael Nutter at their own offices. Help save the kids. The life of a kid is an easy thing to waste. This message is brought to you by advocates for kids and families.

Take it from me, Dr. Van Stone here, I feel your pain when many of you residents of Delaware County, PA and of my hometown Philadelphia County, PA go to family court in the big Media PA building and come out having lost your dreams by the hands of Justices. Justices I speak of might be a county court Judge or court master empowered over your family freedom of speech, physical relations, and/or property. From the moment that you are born or raised in the state of PA no one has the right, not even your own parent, to restrict your communication and movement in anyway that might cause you to develop isolation tendencies. Nor does anyone have the authority to deliberately prepare your future for incarceration or even worse uncontrollable fits of crying in relation to your children, partner, home and money because court will benefit from this. And yet, you discover that your basic family rights are indeed taken away, many times in a matter of seconds, by some adult lawyer who was appointed to wear a black robe in the seat of the common pleas court. Mental illness might be there seated at the bench too.

Unfortunately, mental illness and justices seated in the court of common pleas often go together. Usually, when this occurs it is caught in the nick of time, and decisions made by the mentally ill judge is over turned, over ruled, or dismissed by loving mentally competent justices who have the best interest of the family at heart. However, you the victim of Media Delaware County Family Courthouse justices dealing with their own clinical issues while making life changing decisions upon your family deserve to be educated as to just how mental illness became so high amongst District court judges therein. And you need to begin a paper trial of some sort to get help dealing with this.

First of all mental illness and a judge presiding at Media Delaware County Family Courthouse that has mental health problems is not the fault of the politician who has appointed such a judge to be there. So, although the current governor of PA Ed Rendell, has appointed a judge or two at Media Delaware County such as Barry C. Dozor, that doesn’t mean that he should be the one to begin impeachment of judges that are presiding and coping with mental illness. And many a judge at Media Family Courthouse are there not due to the assistance of any governor at all but rather because of the history of bankers and the courts in Delaware County, PA. Since these bankers had the power to easily become Judges, they began long ago to decide the outcome of families in Delaware County by class separations where the wealthy would enjoy community and economic development and the poor would be used to maintain the status of their wealth. Therefore, the history of Delaware County Family Court is designed like no other court in the state of PA. Many of the bankers associated with judges appointed at Media Family Courthouse have the history of uncontrolled deep-rooted anger and aggression toward non-wealthy classes of people. And the powerful bankers of Delaware made sure that all family issues dealing with permanent custody, divorce, marital property, and issues concerning orders of restraints (today known as Protection From Abuse PFA’s ) would be decided only by the courts of tiny Media Delaware County.

At one point in the history of Media Delaware County Courts there was a safe haven where judges of sound mind and fairness presided called Media Providence. Media Providence Magistrate Justices had a large measure of jurisdiction to help the middle class and the poor keep families together even when they had disagreements that put the children at risk of separation from either parent. But, certain Media Delaware County bankers helped to push a pivotal event in Delaware County residents’ family career. Soon Common Pleas Court Law now prevented Media Providence Magistrates Judges from holding court if family matters exceeded a certain amount of money in the case.

Finally, the drive for bankers to control of the entire Delaware County, several bankers having a form of mental illness themselves –money hunger, fits of anger and aggressive activity –is how an overwhelming presence of judges who have mental health issue are there at Media Delaware County Family Courthouse today. And poor income and middle income children with bright and happy futures are far and few afterwards having a hearing experience in Media Family Courthouse. Still, time and leadership can save kids.
