The white Judges Barry C. Dozor and Maureen Fitzpatrick supporters of the alleged Protection From Abuse (PFA) victim were all together abusing the courtroom to wrongfully imprison males. The black male defendant, Minister Van Stone stood alone. September 27, 2004, Judge Dozor quickly summoned Media Delaware County Sheriffs to imprison Minister Stone without an arrest or valid arrest warrant of indirect violation of a PFA. Nor did Judge Dozor make a final decision in the case where Stone was fighting a custody battle to keep his 2 children free from abuse by the alleged PFA victim in another court. Stone was to attend the PFA court shortly after Judge Dozor should have decided to give sole and full custody to Stone. The 2 children between the Minister and the alleged violator of their marriage had made years of complaints that the mom was abusing both the dad and them during the relationship.

Stone, who was a 43 year-old educator at the time he was locked up faced up to 2 years in prison. Many other black males as well as white males await similar trials on false complaints of violating protection from abuse orders. Van Stone was scheduled for a hearing 18 days after September 27, 2007. Judge Maureen Fitzpatrick partnered with Judge Dozor giving Stone a minimum sentence of 6 weekends in prison at the George Hill Delaware County Prison. Fitzpatrick ordered Stone to never see his 2 children again, have no visitation rights based on the court order of presiding Judge Dozor over the custody hearing on September 27, 2007. Dozor warned Stone that if Stone ever attempted to see his children again, using the court process, Dozor would imprison him again. Dozor worded the court order so that a contempt of court would be clear to decide leaving Stone as yet again a victim of court abuse. The 2 children and Stone have yet to experience a reunification for at least 3 years now.

Once completing his sentence by both Judge Fitzpatrick and Judge Dozor, Stone attempted to sued the Delaware County prison amid complaints that guards placed inmates 40 men to a cell to and laughed when prisoners were forced to sleep in feces and urine cells with no toilets. Men could neither shower nor wash clothing for at least 5 days. Meals were bread and luke warm tea. The cells were put on lockdown for 23 hours and 1 hour out each day of the rest of the week.

Stone later told the story in his newspaper column for the SCOOP U.S.A. Newspaper never identifying clearly that he was the victim fleeing from an abuse relationship with a Marcia Brown. Brown, Judge Fitzpatrick and Judge Dozor dealt harshly as Stone was put under angry pressure to plead guilty at the FPA. Stone had no intention to plead guilty to a direct violation of a PFA especially where there were no charges listed before the Judges.

The prosecutor called no witnesses. Brown said she saw letters that Stone sent to her employer to harass her. Browns employer was Stone’s attorney. Stone had received assistance with the custody case from this attorney. The attorney, Feldman & Pinto reviewed founded evidence of Brown abusiveness and child endangerment. Judge Fitzpatrick refused to hear testimony or evidence supporting Stone’s defense. Black Males, white males and women are treated differently in Media Delaware County Courthouse.


The women should get serious punishment for using guns and knives to abuse their spouses and children as Stones attorney had evidence of in the case of Brown and Stone. In fact, evidence shows that Brown had an existing PFA against her during the incident involving her threats using a gun and not allowed having the 2 children in her possession. Since then Stone has created a online demonstration and newspaper protest against the Media Delaware County Courthouse in an effort to fight discrimination and bias clearly done comfortably as business as usual by Judge Barry C. Dozor and Judge Maureen Fitzpatrick. Both Judges swiftly uses the codes in the rules of honoring the Protection From Abuse Order to support women that are angry when men no longer wish to be in an abusive relationship choosing to leave while raising their children. Court abuse destroys children lives.
