Next on Van Stone's Social Sci-fi Black Superhero Comics Report we have, The Black Hood. The Black Hood was created by Harry Shorten. The Black Hood was originally a golden age character created by MLJ Comics, later known as Archie Comics. The Black Hood first appeared in Top Notch Comics #9, October 1940 and became one of MLJ's most popular characters. He also had his own title, Black Hood Comics, a pulp magazine, and his own radio show.

In his first incarnation, the Black Hood was a costumed man of mystery who had been trained by a hermit to fight. He possessed no superpowers. His real name was Kip Burland, an ex-cop who had been framed for grand larsony by a villain known as The Skull. Burland eventually cleared his name, but continued to wear the costume. The Black Hood is not the only man of mystery whose secret identity is a police officer. Other superheroes who were also cops included Charlton's Blue Beetle and DC's Guardian.

The Black Hood enjoyed popularity for a while until he dropped from the covers and was gradually replaced by funny animal characters, as the popularity of the superhero genre faded in the late 1940s.

During the 1960's the Black Hood returned as a founding member of The Mighty Crusaders published by Archie Comics.

DC Comics revived the character briefly in its Impact Comics imprint. The Black Hood ran for a total of 12 issues, including one annual.

The Black Hood focused on the adventures of a series of vigilante characters with the same name throughout history. Each Black Hood character would somehow come in possession of a black hood and when the character wore the hood, he or she was given heightened awareness, and increased strength, speed, and agility. The hood caused each of its wearers to become a vigilante and fight injustice. An interesting feature of the hood was what appeared to be a curse. After a certain period of time, each wearer of the black hood would meet an untimely death. After the death of the Black Hood, the hood would find its way into the hands of another individual with the potential to become the next Black Hood.

The titular black hood was originally an executioner's mask. As a witch was being executed for the crime of witchcraft, she cursed not the executioner, but his hood. From that point on, whoever wore the hood would be compelled to "do only good".

During the Impact Comics series, there were three major Black Hoods featured: a bitter vigilante who was featured in the other Impact Comics titles and killed in the first issue of The Black Hood; a high school student who reluctantly took the hood and later abandoned it; and a former mobster, the same mobster who killed the first Black Hood. Numerous other Black Hoods from various time periods were featured in stories from the comics annuals, such as a female Black Hood who lived in medieval France patterned after Jeanne d'Arc (Joan of Arc) and a western Hood whose adventures served as an inspiration for the fictional adventures of the Lone Ranger.

The backup quarterbacking firm of Collins & Collins lifted teams into the playoffs on the final day of the NFL season.

First, Todd Collins carried the Redskins past the Dallas Cowboys 27-6 Sunday, securing an NFC wild-card berth. Washington (9-7) has won four in a row.

"To think four weeks ago, where we were, and where we are tonight, it was a great experience and a great ride," said coach Joe Gibbs, who has quieted doubters with perhaps the best performance of his Hall of Fame career. "To get in the playoffs was a dream of ours, and four weeks ago, obviously everybody would have said, 'You know, it looks next to impossible.''

It wasn't. Nor was it for the Tennessee Titans, even when starter Vince Young went down at Indianapolis with a quadriceps problem. In stepped Kerry Collins, another veteran QB, who led his team to three field goals by Rob Bironas and an AFC wild-card spot with a 16-10 victory.

"That's life as a backup. You never know when you'll go in," Collins said.

Elsewhere, it was San Diego 30, Oakland 17; Baltimore 27, Pittsburgh 21; Chicago 33, New Orleans 25; Green Bay 34, Detroit 13; Atlanta 44, Seattle 41; Houston 42, Jacksonville 28; Carolina 31, Tampa Bay 23; Cincinnati 38, Miami 25; Philadelphia 17, Buffalo 9; the New York Jets 13, Kansas City 10 in overtime; and Arizona 48, St. Louis 19.

On Saturday night, New England finished its perfect regular season with a 38-35 win over the New York Giants. The Patriots' Tom Brady set a record with 50 touchdown passes, and Randy Moss established the mark of 23 touchdown receptions.

The Patriots (16-0) are the first team since the 1972 Dolphins to win every game on the schedule; Miami went 14-0 in the regular season. New England also has won 19 straight overall, a league record.

"It's a relief that we played the regular season and it's finished," Brady said. "Now we get ready for what we've been preparing for all season. The week off is extremely important for us to rest and a little bit of pressure is relieved for this week. Coach will turn up the pressure Thursday when we go back."

The Patriots, Colts, Cowboys and Packers have byes next weekend. Washington is at Seattle and Jacksonville at Pittsburgh on Saturday, then the Giants (10-6) are at Tampa Bay and Tennessee is at San Diego on Sunday.

Redskins 27, Cowboys 6

The Redskins capped an emotional renaissance since the slaying of safety Sean Taylor. They are 4-0 since Taylor's funeral, and all the victories were engineered by Collins after Jason Campbell dislocated a kneecap.

Clinton Portis ran for two touchdowns and had 104 yards on 25 carries and 27 yards on four receptions. His yards from scrimmage in the four-game winning streak: 122, 126, 124 and 131. Santana Moss caught eight passes for 115 yards and a touchdown.

Visiting Dallas (13-3) rested anyone who was questionable with an injury because it had clinched home-field advantage throughout the NFC playoffs. Still, the Cowboys played their healthy starters most of the game.

Titans 16, Colts 10

At Indianapolis, A 54-yarder by Bironas retook the lead and left Tennessee celebrating and Cleveland grimacing. The Titans had to win to make the playoffs for the first time since 2003. A loss would have given Cleveland its first playoff berth since 2002.

When Peyton Manning left after two series, things looked good for the Titans.

Instead, the offense bogged down after a touchdown drive on the game's opening series. When Young left in the third quarter, Tennessee appeared to be in trouble. Collins replaced Young in the middle of a 13-play, 56-yard drive that ended with Bironas' tying 40-yard field goal late in the third quarter.

Collins moved the Titans 58 yards in 12 play and Bironas curled the 54-yarder inside the right goal post for a 13-10 lead. Bironas sealed the win with a 33-yarder with 2:56 to go.

"This is why we got him here," coach Jeff Fisher said of Collins. "He's done a great job for us since he got here."

Manning and Reggie Wayne played just long enough to reach milestones for the Colts (13-3). Manning extended his NFL record of most 4,000-yard seasons to eight, and Wayne became the second Colt with 100 receptions in a season and passed Randy Moss for the league title in yards receiving.

Browns 20, 49ers 7

At Cleveland, Joshua Cribbs returned a punt 76 yards for a touchdown, Jamal Lewis rushed for 128 yards and rookie quarterback Brady Quinn made his long-awaited NFL debut. But the Browns (10-6), just 4-12 a year ago, fell short of the postseason despite handling the 49ers (5-11).

Derek Anderson threw a TD pass to Braylon Edwards and Phil Dawson kicked two field goals as the Browns finished 7-1 at home for the first time in club history. Cleveland's 10 wins are the most since it had 11 in 1994 .

Broncos 22, Vikings 19, OT

At Denver, Jason Elam kicked a 30-yard field goal less than a minute into overtime.

Minnesota (8-8), which scored 16 points in the final 5:18 to erase a 19-3 deficit, won the overtime coin flip, but on the Vikings' second snap, Tavaris Jackson was sacked and fumbled. Elvis Dumervil recovered at the Minnesota 12, and Elam won it for the Broncos (7-9).

With the playoffs out of his reach, Vikings rookie running back Adrian Peterson settled for the NFC rushing title. He gained 36 yards on 11 carries and his 1,341 yards edged Philadelphia's Brian Westbrook by 8 yards.

Chargers 30, Raiders 17

At Oakland, LaDainian Tomlinson ran for 56 yards to win his second straight rushing title with 1,474 yards, Philip Rivers threw two touchdown passes, and the Chargers spoiled JaMarcus Russell's first career start.

By ending the season with six straight wins, the Chargers (11-5) beat out Pittsburgh for the No. 3 seed in the AFC.

Russell, the No. 1 overall draft pick for Oakland (4-12), got off to a slow start by throwing an interception on his first play and losing a fumble in the end zone that led to a touchdown by Jyles Tucker midway through the third quarter. Russell finished 23-for-31 for 224 yards.

Ravens 27, Steelers 21

At Baltimore, Musa Smith ran for 83 yards and a touchdown in his first NFL start, helping the Ravens (5-11) earn their first victory since Oct. 14 and end a nine-game losing streak.

The Steelers (10-6) had already clinched the AFC North and were locked into a wild-card game at home next weekend. So they rested quarterback Ben Roethlisberger, wide receiver Hines Ward, safety Troy Polamalu and cornerback/kick returner Allen Rossum.

Bears 33, Saints 25

At Chicago, Devin Hester sprinted 64 yards for a TD with a punt return - his NFL-record sixth kick runback for a score this season to break his own mark set a year ago - and also caught a 55-yard touchdown pass from Kyle Orton.

When the teams met 11 months ago for the NFC championship on the same field, the Bears earned a trip to the Super Bowl with a 39-14 victory. Now they and the Saints, both 7-9, are going home before the playoffs even start.

Drew Brees and Marques Colston hooked up for two first-half touchdown passes, and Brees set a single-season NFL record for completions (443).

Packers 34, Lions 13

The host Packers finished their turnaround regular season with a victory while resting several key players for the playoffs.

Brett Favre extended his quarterback-record consecutive starts streak to 253 games, but didn't keep his helmet strapped on for very long. Favre led the Packers (13-3) to touchdowns on their first three possessions before yielding to backup Craig Nall in the second quarter.

Green Bay running back Ryan Grant left the game with a stinger in the first quarter, and cornerback/punt returner Will Blackmon was carted to the locker room with a foot injury just before halftime.

The Lions (7-9) delivered an uninspired performance in finishing with seven losses in their last eight games.

Falcons 44, Seahawks 41

At Atlanta, Chris Redman set a career high with four touchdown passes, including two to Alge Crumpler, and the Falcons (4-12) ended a six-game losing streak, giving interim coach Emmitt Thomas his first win in three tries.

Seattle (10-6), the NFC West champion, allowed the woeful Falcons to beat their previous scoring high by 17 points.

Shaun Alexander and Maurice Morris, who rushed for 91 yards, had touchdown runs for Seattle.

Texans 42, Jaguars 28

At Houston, Andre' Davis returned two kickoffs for touchdowns against the Jaguars (11-5), who rested many starters with their playoff spot secure.

The victory gave the Texans (8-8) a .500 finish for the first time in their six-year history, and their 42 points are a team record.

Davis became the first player in the NFL this season to return two for scores in a game and the seventh player in league history to achieve the feat.

Panthers 31, Bucs 23

At Tampa, Fla., the Buccaneers rested most of their key players for the playoffs, and DeAngelo Williams rushed for 121 yards and two second-half touchdowns.

The retiring 44-year-old Vinny Testaverde took the last snap in the same city where he began his NFL career in 1987. Testaverde, the first pick in the '87 draft by the Bucs, entered the game after the Panthers stopped Tampa Bay's final drive on downs with 35 seconds remaining. He received polite applause from what was left of a crowd of 65,609, then took a knee on the last play.

Bengals 38, Dolphins 25

Host Miami allowed 316 yards passing by Carson Palmer, gave up a touchdown on a fumble return and staggered to the end of the worst season in franchise history. The Dolphins became the eighth team to finish 1-15 and flopped in their audition for new boss Bill Parcells.

Palmer went 23-for-32 and threw for three scores to help the Bengals finish 7-9. It's their first losing season since 2002, the year before Marvin Lewis took over as coach. Palmer finished with 4,131 yards passing to break the Cincinnati record of 4,035 he set last year.

T.J. Houshmandzadeh made nine receptions to tie New England's Wes Welker for the NFL lead with 112, a Bengals record Chad Johnson had four catches for 131 yards to reach 1,440 yards, another team record.

Eagles 17, Bills 9

At Philadelphia, with the Eagles (8-8) eliminated from a playoff spot, Brian Westbrook still gave their fans a reason to celebrate with a pair of team records. Westbrook set Eagles marks for catches in a season (89) and total yards from scrimmage (2,104), putting the finishing touches on a Pro Bowl season.

The Bills (7-9) failed in their bid for a .500 record and missed the playoffs for an eighth straight year, establishing the longest drought in franchise history.

Jets 13, Chiefs 10, OT

Mike Nugent kicked a 43-yard field goal, after having a 33-yarder negated by a penalty in the extra period.

Nugent made the 33-yarder that appeared to win it, but the Jets were called for holding. The officials didn't announce who the penalty was on. After Edwards called a timeout, Nugent sliced the uprights to give the Jets (4-12) the victory.

The loss was the ninth straight for the Chiefs (4-12), who had tied it at 10 with just under 3 minutes remaining in regulation.

One of the few bright spots for Kansas City was Tony Gonzalez breaking the NFL record for receptions by a tight end, when he caught his 816th career pass early in the third quarter.

Cardinals 48, Rams 19

Larry Fitzgerald caught 11 passes for 171 yards and two touchdowns, and Arizona finished an 8-8 season with the Cardinals' highest-scoring game in 30 years.

The .500 record under first-year coach Ken Whisenhunt is Arizona's best since going 9-7 and making the playoffs in 1998. The Cardinals' only other non-losing season in 23 years was 8-8 in 1994.

The visiting Rams (3-13), plagued by injuries most of the year, finished with a four-game losing streak after opening 0-8.

Will Smith Speaks Out About Hitler Remarks

LOS ANGELES -- A Jewish group said this week that it accepts Will Smith's explanation that he never praised Adolf Hitler in remarks the star says were misinterpreted.

"We welcome and accept Will Smith's statement that Hitler was a `vicious killer' and that he did not mean for his remarks about the Nazi leader to be mistaken as praise," Abraham H. Foxman, national director of the Anti-Defamation League, said in a statement.

Smith "took immediate steps to clarify his words" and condemn Hitler, Foxman said.

Foxman said words "can be twisted by those with hate and bigotry in their hearts."

"This is why all celebrities bear a special responsibility to weigh their words carefully, and an obligation to speak out against racism and bigotry whenever even a whiff of it appears, as Will Smith has done in this instance," he said.

The Daily Record, a Scottish newspaper, recently quoted Smith as saying: "Even Hitler didn't wake up going, `let me do the most evil thing I can do today.' I think he woke up in the morning and using a twisted, backwards logic, he set out to do what he thought was `good.'"

The quote was preceded by the writer's observation: "Remarkably, Will believes everyone is basically good."

Many celebrity gossip Web sites posted articles alleging that the 39-year-old actor believed Hitler was a good person.

In a statement Monday, Smith called that "an awful and disgusting lie," and said he was furious about his remarks being misinterpreted.

"Adolf Hitler was a vile, heinous vicious killer for one of the greatest acts of evil committed on this planet," the statement said.

ELAINE BROWN WITHDRAWS FROM GREEN PARTY PRESIDENTIAL RACE

In an open letter to the Green Party, highly respected author, lecturer , and champion for black, brown, poor and oppressed people all over the world, former Black Panther Chairperson Elaine Brown withdraws from the Green Party Presidential Race.

Elaine Brown was an irreplaceable asset to the Green Party. During her 2005 campaign for Mayor of New Brunswick, GA Brown inspired an influx of black and brown voters into a political party marred by a reputation for being a bunch of "white tree hugging hippies" out of touch with "urban" America. Announcing her intentions to seek the Green Party presidential candidacy in February of this year, Brown was poised to bring about a much needed change. Her commitment to the disenfranchised, her organizing experience, her reputation and her belief in the 10 key values espoused by the Greens were a perfect match for the party, so it would seem. But alas, there are the "Greens" and there's the "Party", not necessarily one in the same.

The failure of party leadership to properly deal with a slanderous letter written and circulated to the Steering Committee by a paid staff member and subsequent attacks on Brown supporters who were appalled by the racially inflammatory contents of the letter was surely the "straw that broke the camel's back".

OPEN STATEMENT TO THE GREEN PARTY

As of today, I am no longer a candidate for the Green Party nomination for president of the United States, and I hereby resign from all affiliation with the Green Party. I believe the leadership of the Green Party of the United States has been seized by neo-liberal men who entrench the Party in internecine antagonisms so as to compromise its stated principles and frustrate its electoral and other goals. They have made it impossible to advance any truly progressive ideals or objectives under the umbrella of the Green Party, and, thus, rendered it counterproductive for me to go forward as a Green Party candidate or member.

I believe this small clique that has captured control of the Party has transformed it into a repository for erstwhile, disgruntled Democrats, who would violate the Party’s own vision and sabotage the good will and genuine commitment of the general membership. Indeed, these usurpers foster a reactionary agenda, supporting partisans in and backers of the Bush wars and disavowing the Party’s more progressive tenets in favor of promoting high-profile participation in the politics of the establishment.

This became clear to me almost from the moment I announced my candidacy in February of 2007. I intended using my campaign to bring large numbers of blacks and browns into the Party, particularly from the hood and the barrio—as would come to be reflected in the lists of supporters and delegates I’ve submitted in connection with my candidacy. As I asserted I would use the respect I enjoyed as a former leader of the Black Panther Party to do so, some in the hierarchy seemed utterly fearful of the prospect of a massive influx of blacks and browns into the Green Party. Soon, there was wide circulation of false rumors that I was a one-time “government agent,” which was intended to discredit my history in the Black Panther Party so as to undermine my potential influence.—And, since then, I have had to devote significant time and energy to addressing these lies.—What this effort revealed, though, was how the Green Party, while advocating “diversity,” remains dominated by whites. Indeed, the Party is able to count less blacks, browns and natives in its membership than our national population percentages and certainly less than the Democrats themselves.

In effect, the present Green Party leadership promotes a kinder, gentler capitalism, a moderated racism, an environmentally-sustainable globalism, which I cannot support. They are dedicated to the underside of the Party’s platform, which falls short of repudiating the capitalist state, source of all the social ills the Party would address. They equivocate by promoting “an economic alternative to corporate capitalism and a socialist state,” advocate a “re-formulation” of the IMF, NAFTA, so forth, and advance the institution of “stakeholder capitalism.”

On the other hand, they demonstrate a willingness to override the best of the Party’s platform. My sharp criticism of high-profile Party members’ support for the “three-strikes” crime laws, the sole basis for the inhumane mass incarceration of people in the United States, particularly blacks—the repeal of which the Party’s platform advocates—has been met with outright enmity. And, to divert attention from this and other critical issues, the leadership has employed chicanery in their promulgation of defamatory lies about me—which they finally extended to character assaults on my supporters and critics of their unscrupulousness.

It is my sincere belief that the Green Party as it now exists has no intention of using the ballot to actualize real social progress, and will aggressively repel attempts to do so. To remain in the fray or in the Party, then, would require a betrayal of my lifelong and ongoing commitment to serving the interests of black and other oppressed people by advancing revolutionary change in America.

NEW YORK (AP) - Chicago and New York are about to close out 2007 with the lowest number of homicides in more than 40 years, while cities such as Baltimore, Atlanta and Miami have seen killings go up because of what police say is a surge in guns and gang violence. New York City reported 488 slayings as of Friday, versus 596 for all of 2006. The city is on track to have the lowest number of killings since reliable record-keeping started in 1963.

Homicides in New York reached an all-time high of 2,245 in 1990, making the city the nation's murder capital. Since then, the numbers have plummeted, and experts attribute the decline in part to computerized tracking of crime trends and the practice of strategically flooding high-crime areas with police officers instead of spreading them evenly through the precincts.

Chicago is on track to have the lowest homicide toll since 1965, when police reported 395 killings. The city had logged 435 slayings through Dec. 26. In the early part of the decade, police often reported more than 600 a year.

Chicago officials credit the improvement to their tough stance on gangs, guns and drugs.

"Those three ingredients, so to speak, are what we're focused on," said police spokeswoman Monique Bond. "That's really what leads to random violence."

Those factors were blamed for increases in murders in other cities.

Atlanta had 126 homicides as of Dec. 26, compared with 111 for the same period a year ago. Police attributed some of the increase to a New Orleans-based gang that moved into town after Hurricane Katrina. Members of the International Robbing Crew are accused of killing at least seven people in Atlanta.

In Miami, authorities say the proliferation of assault weapons led to an increase in killings, from 56 in 2005 to 79 in 2006 and 86 so far in 2007.

"You just pull a trigger and 20 or 30 rounds

come in a second and in those 20 rounds you're sure to hit your intended target and some innocent bystanders, totally unlike a firearm that is just one bullet every time you pull the trigger," Miami Police spokesman Willie Moreno said.

Earlier this year, Baltimore was headed for its bloodiest year in nearly a decade. But the bloodletting eased up after a new police commissioner took office.

The bloodshed in Baltimore is blamed on entrenched poverty, widespread drug addiction, failing schools and easy access to guns.

Through Dec. 26, there were 280 homicides in Baltimore - four more than in all of 2006. Things looked even grimmer in mid-July, the day Police Commissioner Leonard D. Hamm resigned. At that point, Baltimore had 178 homicides, putting it on pace for a total of 325. The city has not topped 300 since 1999.

The new police commissioner, Frederick H. Bealefeld III, and Mayor Sheila Dixon have gone after repeat violent offenders more aggressively, flooded high-crime zones with officers, and revived a unit that traces illegal guns. Also, repeat gun offenders are being sent more frequently to the federal court system, where they face stiffer sentences.

"They have become more focused, appropriately, on getting illegal guns off the streets and violent gun offenders off the street," said Daniel Webster, co-director of the Center for Gun Policy and Research at Johns Hopkins University.

It has been a particularly bloody year for children in Baltimore: Twenty-seven of this year's homicide victims were under 18.

In Philadelphia, killings dipped this year after reaching a nine-year high of 406 in 2006. Through midnight Tuesday, the city had 390 slayings, or 11 fewer than at the same point a year ago.

Like Baltimore, Philadelphia is dealing with a rash of illegal handguns that officials believe are being used to resolve minor disputes.

In other big cities, Phoenix reported 207 killings at the end of November, just shy of last year's total of 214 for the same period; Boston had 66 slayings as of Dec. 28, compared with 71 by the same point in 2006; Dallas was on track to finish considerably higher, with 200 homicides as of Dec. 26, versus 175 last year.

The white Judges Barry C. Dozor and Maureen Fitzpatrick supporters of the alleged Protection From Abuse (PFA) victim were all together abusing the courtroom to wrongfully imprison males. The black male defendant, Minister Van Stone stood alone. September 27, 2004, Judge Dozor quickly summoned Media Delaware County Sheriffs to imprison Minister Stone without an arrest or valid arrest warrant of indirect violation of a PFA. Nor did Judge Dozor make a final decision in the case where Stone was fighting a custody battle to keep his 2 children free from abuse by the alleged PFA victim in another court. Stone was to attend the PFA court shortly after Judge Dozor should have decided to give sole and full custody to Stone. The 2 children between the Minister and the alleged violator of their marriage had made years of complaints that the mom was abusing both the dad and them during the relationship.

Stone, who was a 43 year-old educator at the time he was locked up faced up to 2 years in prison. Many other black males as well as white males await similar trials on false complaints of violating protection from abuse orders. Van Stone was scheduled for a hearing 18 days after September 27, 2007. Judge Maureen Fitzpatrick partnered with Judge Dozor giving Stone a minimum sentence of 6 weekends in prison at the George Hill Delaware County Prison. Fitzpatrick ordered Stone to never see his 2 children again, have no visitation rights based on the court order of presiding Judge Dozor over the custody hearing on September 27, 2007. Dozor warned Stone that if Stone ever attempted to see his children again, using the court process, Dozor would imprison him again. Dozor worded the court order so that a contempt of court would be clear to decide leaving Stone as yet again a victim of court abuse. The 2 children and Stone have yet to experience a reunification for at least 3 years now.

Once completing his sentence by both Judge Fitzpatrick and Judge Dozor, Stone attempted to sued the Delaware County prison amid complaints that guards placed inmates 40 men to a cell to and laughed when prisoners were forced to sleep in feces and urine cells with no toilets. Men could neither shower nor wash clothing for at least 5 days. Meals were bread and luke warm tea. The cells were put on lockdown for 23 hours and 1 hour out each day of the rest of the week.

Stone later told the story in his newspaper column for the SCOOP U.S.A. Newspaper never identifying clearly that he was the victim fleeing from an abuse relationship with a Marcia Brown. Brown, Judge Fitzpatrick and Judge Dozor dealt harshly as Stone was put under angry pressure to plead guilty at the FPA. Stone had no intention to plead guilty to a direct violation of a PFA especially where there were no charges listed before the Judges.

The prosecutor called no witnesses. Brown said she saw letters that Stone sent to her employer to harass her. Browns employer was Stone’s attorney. Stone had received assistance with the custody case from this attorney. The attorney, Feldman & Pinto reviewed founded evidence of Brown abusiveness and child endangerment. The women should get serious punishment for using guns and knives to abuse their spouses and children as Stones attorney had evidence of in the case of Brown and Stone. In fact, evidence shows that Brown had an existing PFA against her during the incident involving her threats using a gun and not allowed having the 2 children in her possession. Since then Stone has created a online demonstration and newspaper protest against the Media Delaware County Courthouse in an effort to fight discrimination and bias clearly done comfortably as business as usual by Judge Barry C. Dozor and Judge Maureen Fitzpatrick. Both Judges swiftly uses the codes in the rules of honoring the Protection From Abuse Order to support women that are angry when men no longer wish to be in an abusive relationship choosing to leave while raising their children. Tiger kills one, injures two at SF Zoo

A tiger escaped from its pen at the San Francisco Zoo on Christmas Day, killing one man and injuring two others.

The three men were all in their 20s, and were visiting the zoo, San Francisco Police spokesman Steve Mannina said. They were attacked just after 5 p.m., when ticket counters are shut down, on the east end of the 125-acre zoo grounds near Ocean Beach.

They suffered "pretty aggressive bite marks," Mannina said.

It was unclear how the tiger escaped or how long it was loose. The Siberian tiger, named Tatiana, was the same big cat that attacked a zookeeper last December during a regular public feeding, according to Robert Jenkins, the zoo's director of animal care and conservation.

The approximately 300-pound female did not leave through an open door, Jenkins said. But he could not explain how it escaped -- the tiger's enclosure is surrounded by a 15-foot-wide moat, and 20-foot-high walls.

"There was no way out through the door," said Jenkins. "The animal appears to have climbed or otherwise leapt out of the enclosure."

Investigators working to understand what happened have sketched a chilling picture.

The first attack happened right outside the Siberian's enclosure -- the victim died at the scene. A group of four responding officers came across his body when they made their way into the dark zoo grounds, said Mannina.

Then they saw the second victim. He was about 300 yards away, in front of the Terrace Cafe.

The man was sitting on the ground, blood running from gashes in his head. Tatiana sat next to him. Suddenly, the cat attacked the man again, Mannina said.

The officers started approaching the animal, bearing their handguns. Tatiana started moving in their direction. Several of the officers then fired, killing the animal.

Only then did they see the third victim, who had also been mauled.

The zoo is open 365 days a year. Although no new visitors were let in after 5:00 p.m., the grounds were not scheduled to close until an hour later, and there were between 20 and 25 people still on site when the attacks happened, zoo officials said.

The two who were injured were in critical but stable condition at San Francisco General Hospital.

The victims "are in the operating rooms, getting their wounds cleaned," a nurse at the hospital said.

Eric Isaacs, a doctor at San Francisco General, told KGO-TV that the tiger bites were being treated as any animal bite would be -- the wounds were being cleaned, and the men were put on antibiotics. They'd be observed for infection over the next week.

"This is a tragic event for San Francisco," San Francisco Fire Department spokesman Lt. Ken Smith said. "We pride ourselves in our zoo, and we pride ourselves in tourists coming and looking at our city."

Employees and visitors were told to take shelter in zoo buildings when zoo officials became aware of the attacks.

Authorities did not believe others were mauled, but because it was dark they could not be certain. After the attack, firefighters used ladders and flashlights to search through the zoo's vegetation.

Investigators remained on the scene and Smith said a thorough sweep of the grounds would be conducted Wednesday morning.

There are five tigers at the zoo -- three Sumatrans, and two Siberians. Officials initially worried that four tigers had escaped, but soon learned only one had escaped its pen, according to Mannina.

San Francisco mayor Gavin Newsom said in a statement that he was deeply saddened by the incident and said a thorough investigation is underway.

Last December, Tatiana reached through the cage's iron bars and badly lacerated the zookeeper's arm. The zoo's Lion House was temporarily closed during an investigation.

Following last year's attack, the zoo added customized steel mesh over the bars, built in a feeding shoot and increased the distance between the public and the cats.

The Zoo will be closed on Wednesday, officials said.

Based on a true story, once upon a time, in Philadelphia, PA, there was a cruel hearted and good-for-nothing occult organization called thug-life. The way of the thug-life has 80% of young men who are greatly Black Americans and Indigenous- (growing naturally; native) folk there abusing the way of the gun. The-way-of-the-gun belonged primarily to the city council men and women, police and local types of law enforcement such as park safety, public safety and school safety. But the thug-life controlled the gun which now meant that there was menace to society walking the streets for war and having open meetings on street corners about increasing the violence and recruiting bullies that rather take $1 dollar from the homeless person than give $10 dollars toward creating a job for black folks that believe in the true spirit of volunteering and working. Enter a Holiday.

On Thursday, December 20th, '07, "The Philly Judge," a.k.a., Dr. Bill Cosby, flanked by Malik Aziz, and Bilal Qayyum, co-chairmen of Men United for a Better Philadelphia, Antionette Jackson-Aziz, wife of Aziz and Anti-violence Activist, Rapper Beanie Sigel, and Movie Producer Shawn Frogg Banks amongst others lead a march down Susquehanna Avenue. These and more that challenged thug-life presence were finishing March for Peace week in Cosby's town. Malik Aziz helped to lead all present at the march to think very seriously how every week in Philly can soon be a happy holiday week as many gathered in the yard at M. Hall Stanton School, on 16th Street near Huntingdon. The goal was to close thug-life. Shawn Banks' Live Action movie proved that mentoring is needed badly in Philly.

The team effort of the duo Aziz and Qayyum got notice from popular entertainers that dwelled in the streets where they would eventually get tired on their own merit of how thug-life ruled and keep its business as usual open day and the night. Soon, during the last days of winter 2007 they were joined by a most very likely new social-conscience member to speak to young black males about helping Malik close thug-life in Philly.

The new member is a professional rapper that worked Music Talk often using lyrics that were entrepreneur's anthem and prisoner's freedom creed. An are you success story? He questioned street creed, the meaning that you must shoot to kill a man so that others might worship you. Also, the Controversial Hip-Hop Philadelphia star has all along paid attention to the many years of the stop the violence efforts by local Philly folk heroes and legends. He was accepted into Aziz and friends community group because he was aware of supporters of Men United and Ex-Offenders programs that clearly show having a record is no excuse not to mentor young black males," says Aziz. And this star rapper admired hard speakers like Councilwoman Jannie Blackwell and Mr. Sonny Driver, Editor and Publisher of the SCOOP USA Newspaper. Both Councilwoman Blackwell and Publisher Driver pioneered forums to reduce gun-violence citywide and beyond.

For example, Councilwoman Blackwell held out against thug-life attitudes chilling in certain unlikely city-government-life while hating on West Philly peace to come. Blackwell made sure those residents living in the area where a newly built Youth Study Center for alleged juvenile offenders will rise so that thug-life's attack on peace won't be.

Who is this rapper that will help Aziz show the real meaning to the-way-of-the-streets? "Here is a young man from the streets who came back to the streets as a man," says Cosby. "This is what we want from our young boys, to go from boys to men." Cosby is an objective judge. And he has lead his next move, fist raised high, to run thug-life out of his town by soldiering the likes of rapper Beanie Sigel. "I come from these things, the streets," said Sigel. "I'm at a time in my life where I'm trying to make the transition from something negative to something positive," Beanie says. For now, the peace forum held at the MET Church, located at Broad and Popular didn't have any Mary J. Blidge beats that Beanie is used to kicking it making kids dance for peace. But here's a suggestion. Come 2008, Blackwell, Driver, the Aziz family, and Sigel should set up "Judge" Cosby with music that the young and the old can move too. Each 'March' in Philly is gonna be a holiday.

Long Beach Poly meets Notre Dame Academy for the TOC title

CHANDLER, Ariz. — All the pieces fell into place Friday at the Nike Tournament of Champions.

First, No. 1 Notre Dame Academy took care of business, cruising to a 54-31 win against Southridge. Then, after allowing Highlands Ranch to lead much of the game, No. 4 Long Beach Poly took the Black Bracket's second semifinal game, 66-61.

With their victories, the Dragons and Jackrabbits set up a 5:40 p.m., East vs. West showdown for Saturday's championship.

It will be a battle of Notre Dame's strong team defense and on-point shooting versus the frenzied speed and bench of fresh legs at Long Beach Poly's disposal.

"I told Poly's coach (Thursday) night, there's so much talk about the anticipated matchup between you and I, it's like a heavyweight bout between the two of us," Notre Dame coach Mike Teasley said. "But we wanted to come here to win this championship. It wasn't about playing Poly."

In other games, Lynwood beat Ursuline, 39-26, and H. D. Woodson beat Christ the King, 65-57, for a shot at 13th place. Shelbyville Central beat Narbonne, 46-44, and Sapulpa beat Punahou, 58-41, to play for ninth place. Sequoyah beat Auburn Riverside, 72-63, and Archbishop Carroll beat Bishop Gorman, 50-44, to battle for fifth place Saturday. Notre Dame's defense, especially when focused on one player, can control a game as well as any offensive plan. Using that strength on Arizona State-bound Alex Earl paid off, as Southridge's point guard scored just six points in her team's loss Friday.

"They didn't leave me at all," Earl said. "I had to create my own shots and that was tough. I shot a three-pointer five feet behind the arc with a hand up. That's the only kind of shot I could get."

Offensively, Notre Dame Academy, led Friday by senior Azania Stewart's 18 points, has a tough inside game as well as strong guards who can hit nearly any outside shot.

"We just played great (Friday)," Tinsley said. "We're just defending so well, and we executed real well in the halfcourt."

As for Long Beach Poly, the Jackrabbits have depended more than normal on their depth this week.

"I think 75 percent of the team is sick," coach Carl Buggs said. "But you go as far as you can, ok, let me know, we sub somebody else in. You just gotta play."

That includes freshman guard Ariya Crook-Williams, who almost single-handedly guided the Jackrabbits into the championship despite nursing a chest cold for two weeks. Off the bench, Crook-Williams scored 12 points - all in the fourth quarter – including a layup, a baseline jumper and a long two-pointer that banked in, all on consecutive possessions.

"We were down and I wanted to get my team up so we could win this," Crook-Williams said. "I had to do what I had to do."

"She had nerves of steel," Buggs said. "And the reason why she's with us is she has that potential. She showed what we knew that she had today."

With seniors Jasmine Dixon and April Cook, as well as junior Monique Oliver, leading the rest of the troops, Long Beach Poly can become a handful in a hurry. And although the Jackrabbits have already lost this season, to San Francisco's Sacred Heart Cathedral in the Dec. 8 championship of the Northwest Nike Invitational, they want a shot at claiming the national title.

So do the Dragons, who share a common thread with Long Beach Poly: Both teams' only loss during their 2006-2007 campaigns was at the TOC to a Maya Moore-led Collins Hill team. If both Notre Dame Academy and Long Beach Poly go undefeated after returning to their respective states, Virginia and California, the victor of Saturday's game could be ranked No. 1 in the country.

"That's what we came here for," Buggs said. "We came here to win this thing."

Girl dies while awaiting liver transplant

A Northridge teenager awaiting a liver transplant died Thursday after she was pulled off of life support.CIGNA Insurance Company initially refused to cover the cost of the transplant for Natalee Sarkisian, saying the surgery was too experimental. On Thursday, friends, family and members of a nurses association held a protest outside CIGNA headquarters in Glendale, urging the insurance company to reconsider.

During the protest, Natalee's mother got word CIGNA had changed its mind and would make an exception for Natalee's surgery. But the decision came too late for Natalee. Just after six o'clock tonight, her condition worsened.

Natalee's family took her off life support and she passed away.
Attorneys for the Sarkisian family may pursue legal action against CIGNA HealthCare.

On Thursday, December 20th, 2007 Dr. Bill Cosby and citizens against non-violent crime and violent crime all joined together to walk with Men United for a Better Philadelphia starting at Broad and Susquehanna Avenue at 2:00PM, leaving at 3:00PM sharp to 16th and Cumberland Streets. Peace in the streets of Philly was their aim. The M. Hall Stanton Schoolyard was just one of the stopping points arranged by Malik Aziz, co-chair of Men United and Founder of the Ex-Offenders Association to help stop the killing and get the kids off the streets. Antionette Jackson-Aziz, Anti-violence Activist and wife of Aziz lead the women support charge joining the men to end gun homicide violence in Philadelphia.

Bill Cosby spoke following the march at the MET Church, located at Broad and Popular Streets in North side area of Philly, at 6:00pm . And the event was free for everyone. Bilal Qayyum, co-chair of Men United for a Better Philadelphia was Host of the forum for the evening. Producer Frogg Banks, a young man that created a Live Action movie based on a true story that tells the gritty life of young Black American males caught up in non-violent and violent street-cultures was there to lend a helping hand during the march.

Malik Aziz's personal goal was to get the message out that young folks must fight hard to resist wrong, listen to their parents, and run out the violence in the streets. Aziz plans to begin this goal with a battle to get rid of gang activity such as Crips and Bloods in Philly. "No Crips and Bloods here," says Aziz. "Philly is a Street Sign City, not a idol name city." The titles names Crips and Bloods were both created after worshiping real life people that encouraged Foolish neighborhood-war bloodshed (Bloods) and unexpected and expected assassination attempts (Crips) on its victims. Many black teen males and even black males and females that are 7-years of age and up to 12-year-old are abused by both Crips and Bloods recruitment tactical leaders. Kids are given missions to sell, carry, and use guns for the sole intention to commit murder in Philadelphia. And although homicide has been higher in Philadelphia under 2 past Mayor-elects, Goode and Rizzo, today the purpose of youth gun-violence is far more singled out as extreme worship of leaders and or participation in occultism organization.

Tattle about waking up an inactive giant. Just when box office wizards were writing stories about how the box office grosses were down from last year, go to Will Smith to do something unsuspected and turn the movies from red to green. Will’s latest film, 'I Am Legend', took in more than expected and grossed a booming $76 million dollars.

According to boxofficeguru.com, Smith scored his eleventh career number one opening and seventh in a row. This ranks as the superstar's biggest debut ever by a wide margin. Averaging a sensational $21,224 from 3,606 theaters, the PG-13 film also broke the record for the biggest December bow in history edging past the $72.6M of 2003's The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King. Also impressive was the fact that Legend delivered the fifth best non-summer debut ever behind a trio of Harry Potter films which all were November launches and The Passion of the Christ which was a February release.

The site also says that 'I Am Legend' was backed by a massive marketing campaign from Warner Bros. which excited the core audience of sci-fi and action fans, but a broader showing of ticket buyers also hit the cinemas. The big-budget film was also released in 77 Imax theaters where patrons were given the additional treat of seeing the six-minute Imax prologue for next summer's much-anticipated Batman film The Dark Knight. Many large cities are in desperate shape as each year their population decreases due to the reduction of valuable financial resources and mentors that help its youth have self-confidence when they are about to enter the world of small business. But James Bryant, a graduate of Simon Gratz High School, Philadelphia, PA and a member of the Philadelphia NAACP is working very hard to end this type of desperation by directing business minded persons to become active in various community programs to promote economic development in big cities. One such program is the MICA League.

MICA stands for Mutual Interdependent Cooperative Auxiliary League, Inc. The MICA strives to build strengths in individuals that truly believe that the local community needs to step up and provide support through a headquarters that shares money, family, and firms, making the neighborhood better. And this community must quickly become what MICA calls a communiversity.

A communiversity is a fellowship in research and training for community economic development with historically black colleges and universities (HBCU) with various professional groups such as the National Medical Association, National Technical Association, National Bar Association, National Society of Black Engineers, National Association of Black Accountants, amongst others with the MICA League serving as the benefactor for overall outreach programs and projects.

The MICA League acquires other resources for its benefit and social entrepreneurship that big cities need to take some of the pressure off when things look like they just can’t seem to turn around for the moment. HBCU’s are very important to the MICA because they serve as a catalyst in expediting and facilitating programs to the community. They also perform research and training for community economic development.

MICA has the community resource center that builds its youth leadership forum. Youth, particularly black male youth, need to understand how MICA works for them. The MICA is a consortium of a cooperative economic commonwealth, an overall network system promoting socio-economic opportunities and community economic development such as a fellowship in cooperation with other professional groups. Many groups that do mentoring have self-help groups but few have the experience to give proper advice as advisors in career development. Big cities are very busy finding jobs and training for companies that are the business as usual those makes the city function. Since youth are not considered a business that must be maintained youth are left to fend for themselves.

Here’s where MICA comes in to help lighten the problem. They also train in leadership development and teach other skills that contribute to holistic development as well as collaborate with other grass root institutions to expedite programs in the communiversity. MICA League’s purpose of the Youth Leadership Forum is to undertake the process of developing leaders of the future who will be equipped to undertake responsibility in many capacities and confront challenge they will face. What else does MICA do to help big cites reduce desperation? There is a Mutual Benefit Exchange (MUBE), an affiliation that serves as a sponsor of the programs of the cooperative association. Youth need think-tanks to assist them regarding policies and mechanisms that concern youth development in big cities. Caryn Jarocki has a 370-125 career record

Caryn Jarocki has a presence about her.

It isn’t about the multiple state championships she has won at the helm of the Highlands Ranch girl's basketball team. And it isn’t from the numerous honors — including two All-Colorado Coach of the Year awards from the Rocky Mountain News — she has picked up in her 23-year career.

When Jarocki steps on the court to lead the Falcons, she doesn’t have to do anything out of the ordinary.

People just know.

The Illinois native, in her 12th year as head coach at Highlands Ranch, is one of just four female coaches who will lead teams into the 16-squad black bracket this week at the Nike Tournament of Champions in Chandler, Ariz. And, as the five-time Colorado large school champions have many times before, the Falcons will rise to the occasion under their coach’s watchful eye.

"With her teams, it’s not necessarily about Xs and Os," said Bill Bradley, head coach at ThunderRidge High in Colorado. "Their kids come to play, and she doesn’t over-coach. Caryn just coaches."

Jarocki’s Falcons, winners of five of the past eight 5A Colorado titles, had given up the title only to Centennial League opponent ThunderRidge, which won it from 2003 to 2005. The 2004 title was Bradley’s first year as head coach.

"We’re in this fraternity of coaches," Bradley said. "And she’s just a normal person in this fraternity. She’s laid back, she’s not high strung. A lot of these real successful coaches want you to know it."

But Jarocki isn’t an in-your-face success. The female coach, somewhat of a rarity in girl's basketball, has racked up a 370-125 record — an impressive 74.7 percent — as a head coach.

Jarocki got into coaching a year earlier than she intended. Her second torn anterior cruciate ligament, at the end of the summer leading up to her senior season at University of Denver, led her there. Jarocki, who had intentions of being a coach and teacher before she headed to college, was asked if she would be interested in coaching a seventh-grade girls basketball team since she couldn’t play her senior season.

"We had to have the no-screaming rule," Jarocki said, laughing. "Because seventh-grade girls, all they do is scream a lot and yell at each other for the ball."

After one season, Jarocki moved up to a ninth-grade boys team for a year. From there, she moved on to a junior varsity girls team and then to her first varsity job, as head coach at Colorado Academy. She led the Mustangs for 11 years before the job at Highlands Ranch opened up, and she couldn’t pass up the opportunity. With the Falcons, she is 219-52, including 5-1 this season, with the team’s only early blemish a 58-51 loss to No. 4 Sacred Heart Cathedral of San Francisco in the Northwest Nike Invitational.

The league is tough and the players are athletic. And, as has become the norm, Jarocki is surrounded by male counterparts once again.

"In the league we’re in, and even in (Colorado), there aren’t a lot of women coaches," Jarocki said. "I think that’s unfortunate. I think the girls could be great coaches that have played for me. I just don’t know why they don’t go into it."

It’s two different worlds from when Jarocki was getting into coaching, within a decade of Title IX’s beginnings when women coached girls, to the girls of today, who are told they can be anything they want to be when they grow up.

"It didn’t seem strange then, because I think my freshman year was only the second year they had sanctioned girl's basketball," Jarocki said. "(The men) didn’t want to coach the girls, they only wanted to coach the guys. "

So the coach-to-be had two strong female role models as a player, her high-school varsity coach and her college coach.

"It’s starting to come back around a little bit, but it’s not easy," Jarocki said. "I don’t think a lot of them are going into fields that are even closely related to coaching. And if they are, they want to coach college and go that route. "I had one (former player) tell me that when she got out of college, she would go coach a college and I could come be her assistant."

But Jarocki is happy where she is. With Highlands Ranch, she has had opportunities for vote for the WBCA High School All-Americans, compete in arguably the toughest league in Colorado and, this past summer, work with high school players for the USA Basketball program. She spent a week in June as head coach of the USA White Team in the 2007 USA Basketball Women’s Development Festival at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colo., just down the road from Highlands Ranch. The girls were split into three teams, each with a head coach and assistant coach.

Ed Shepard, the girls basketball coach at Proctor R. Hug High in Reno, Nev., was Jarocki’s partner for the week.

"We just hit it off like we’d been coaching together forever," Shepard said. "She’s just really easy to get along with and work with."

Jarocki and Shepard’s squad that included USC-bound Ashley Corral, Connecticut signee Caroline Doty and Long Beach Poly junior Monique Oliver, went 5-0, winning the gold medal game the final day.

"She shot with the girls, she laughed with them, you could tell she’d played," Shepard said. "She certainly got respect. … Coach or player, you just knew it would be a good thing to listen to her."

At the USA Basketball event, Jarocki was one of four female coaches in six spots, giving every 12-girl squad at least one successful female coach to look up to.

"I think they need more role models," Jarocki said of female coaches. "But more than anything, I think they need good coaches, whether it's guys or girls."

Mayoralty: the position of a mayor, or the time during which he/she holds office. Now the reason why I wrote in, a he or she could be mayor, is because it is very darn near possible that the next Mayor of Philadelphia could be a woman, a very brave woman I might add. And since we are talking about facts here whosoever were to read about the account of Philly’s Mayor’s race ‘07 would want the story to be both completely accurate and true. For example, say if, all the SEPTA platforms, that are killing the 60th St. and Market St. businesses and their own neighbors was put up during the mayoralty of Ms. Jannie Blackwell. Next you would like to read, Mayor Blackwell suddenly brought in a new transit firm so fare rides were now a low cost of $1.00 instead of today’s high cost of $2.00. If it was Fattah, Dr. Foster, or Knox it’s fine too. Wouldn’t believers want to read this instead of a story about how the Owner of SEPTA, a mad man, was in fear of the birth of Jannie Blackwell.

And so, mad man, sent out the SEPTA Police to destroy all females from 2 years of age and under so that Jannie Blackwell could never become, as certain writers would tell it, both City Councilwoman and Ward leader in council? All because the place of little Jannie’s birth was to be in a large City known as Philly? Truth be told, I personally believe that if Jannie Blackwell, the one and only, did announce a ‘07 run for mayor the mayoralty translation would read in the end-She’s the Mayor. But if this happened would certain lovers of Blackwell’s great hard works afterwards attempt to create a myth about contemporary kids being murdered during her awake to become mayor? Possibly so. But the newspapers would simply carry articles wherein reporters of the time would have mentioned it. Why? Newspapers report real events. And supposals of hundreds of infants snatched from their moms to be executed would be an event. Like this: It is a myth that hard work always brings success. Too is a myth that all books written about the birth of Jesus always brings the true story. The names Blackwell and Jesus, -even real mayors name- all get attention.

What does the race for Philly Mayor have in common with the birth of Jesus? I see a whole lot. The Nativity, the birth of Christ; the season of Christmas has an explosive factor surrounding it. Who would be next to serve as a guide or rule for cities? According to the Bible writer of Matthew, the second chapter, verse 1 through 23, it article that Herod Sr., a very angry and sick old man who was about to die. Hunt for Jesus of Bethlehem. Kill all the boys in Bethlehem. Die passing the govern authority to his own semi-election processed son, Archelaus. Finally, Joseph-of-Judea, being given divine warning in a dream withdrew into the territory of Galilee. Joseph dwelt in a city named Nazareth. The baby is coming!

Thus we have biblical believers- our Jesus of Nazareth. The next political leader that stepped in behind Herod Sr. as governing it had to find a quick solution to end youth crime, homelessness, open street selling of illegal weapons used for violence, high imprisonment, lack of job opportunities, pol party's not in agreement to anything-bipartisan and gambling.

And by the way, since public transportation authority was a real dilemma to business and neighborhood success during this time unless the head public official in charge did something the average citizen, be they Jewish, pre-Christian, and/or pre-Islamic would suffer. The city will be called famine and berserk. Would news writers then say Christmas and the birth of Christ were cancelled indefinitely? Reporters obeying a Lord of legislation, namely the Yahweh, Jehovah, Allah all said that it never happened. Today, both Jehovah’s Witnesses and Muslims insist from recordings that there was never any human, born alive or dead, given the same name as the Almighty God Another. To make it plain, - each one, reach one, to teach one, - no man or woman can say he or she is his or her Almighty God’s namesake. The biography of Muhammad is the history of the Prophet of Mecca who gathered around him a society of believers. And it’s the history of the politician of Medina who founded Islamic faith-movement. In the sureness that his God was identical with that of the Jews and Christians he introduced the Arabic Koran, the Clear Book, of his Revelation, to approach the revealed books of other People of the Scripture. People meant eyewitnesses or true-writers. When will someone produce the Koran’s view of Jesus birth?

One such true-writer was a Flavius Josephus, born (A.D. 37-c.100). Making it plain, this we know, Josephus was born 39 years after the death of Herod, father of Archelaus and 37 years after the article of the death of Jesus of Nazareth. Inquiring minds want to know where is the article of Jesus of Nazareth’s death? According to Josephus, who wrote history of the Jews from the reign of Antiochus Epiphanes (B.C. 175-163) to the fall of Masada in A.D. 73 settings of the New Testament times there was no such Nativity Story. Both the Jah’s Witnesses faith and the Islamic faith battle for first place in this point. But the group that battle for first place with no challenger to point out that the Matthew account about boys being murdered and Jesus miraculous birth also never happened is the Liberal. Favorable to progress or reform in religious or political affairs, open-minded, not strict or literal, unafraid of truth-the liberal will tell without being shaken that according to facts everything in the book of Matthew about Jesus is not true. Some feel they must relate they don’t celebrate Christmas but must not relate other inaccuracies?
