Summary

Just two months before meeting Fred Snyder in June 1995, I closed my business because I was suffering from autoimmune disorder. In August, Fred asked me to marry him and we jointly bought a home in Springfield Delaware County, PA.

On October 3, Fred’s former attorney drew up the anti-nuptial and supplemental agreements and I put up all the cash. Fred signed a mortgage note on a property he owns in NJ for $20,000.00, which was to be half of the down payment for the Springfield home. Within a few months, Fred no longer looked me in the eye and started disappearing for the weekends. Around August '06, he completely abandoned me. Shortly thereafter, I learned he had been married several times before, has four children from three different women, gains financially from these women and then takes off. Soon after he left the Springfield home, I also learned he was involved with a woman I introduced to him at her and her husband’s nearby deli business. She and Fred were married.

Fred has NEVER paid any expenses including taxes, mortgage payments, insurances, repairs or upkeep of the Springfield home. From Aug 1996 through Jan 1999 I had contact with Fred giving him a quitclaim deed to sign off my deed. I had applied and was approved 6 times for the assumption of the mortgage but Fred would never sign the quitclaim deed. When all attempts failed begging him to sign a quitclaim deed taking his name off my property, I planned to use the courts as a means to have a judge force him to respond. While in the process of retaining an attorney, Feb 1999 I was served by a sheriff with a complaint demanding over $44,000.

Due to circumstances that are completely unexplainable, I have both won and lost over the past 10 years in the courts. Judge Pagano changed the language on the deed to benefit my opponent. In spite of the fact that I am on disability and have little income, the trial judge (George Pagano) forced ME to escrow nearly $23,000.00 with the OJS Department in the Delaware County Courthouse in 2001 in an interest bearing account, versus forcing my opponent to pay me or to sign off my deed. Judge Pagano documented at trial that my opponent had already repaid me.

Finally, the Superior Court ruled in my favor July 2004 and vacated Pagano’s amended order. When I asked Judge Pagano for a Show Cause Hearing to enforce his first order of May 2001, and force Snyder to sign off my deed, he denied me. I filed a Motion for Sanctions for the Interference of the Due Administration of Justice. Denied. No matter what I file, I am denied or ignored.
I followed Judge Pagano’s May 2001 Order as best I can but my opponent refuses to sign a quitclaim deed blocking the lawful process to remove his name from the mortgage in order to comply with the order.

My opponent seems to have unlimited funding for his legal actions. I have spent a fortune on attorneys who seem to be called into this judge’s chambers and return shaking, telling me to "forget this case… do not appeal, you'll lose"! All the attorneys in Delaware County from which I have tried to get some help, say, “I have cases to be heard in Pagano’s court” and then tell me that they can’t help me.
I have sent all of my paperwork concerning the unfairness of this particular Delaware County judge to the Judicial Review Board with no help or results. The same is true of the state Attorney General's office. Their response always going back to, "get a lawyer".

I filed a Civil Rights Case in Federal Court which has been rejected stating it was frivolous and responding by saying to go to the Bar Association so they could refer me to yet another lawyer.
I do not have the income for a lawyer, or to pay any extra filing charges over and over again as each court or jurisdiction virtually ignores my case, and throws it right back at Judge Pagano, who I am trying to have investigated for ignoring me and delaying my case all of these years. I need someone to step in and find out why Pagano refuses to admit his error, end this case and why he documented the record at the trial that my opponent repaid me while Superior Court found the truth that he did not.

On September 11, 2008, I filed a Breach of Contract (case #08-054031) on my opponent Fred Snyder, his attorney James A Kelly and Judge George A Pagano. It was assigned to Judge Keith Quigley from Perry County.

On May 30, I was told to disregard the Breach Arbitration date of June 16.
On June 24, 2009, there is a trial which has been triggered by my opponent’s attorney, James A Kelly. (case #04-10092) This is same issue that was in Superior Court in 2004.
The original case (case #99-02621) and the May 2001 Order has never been revisited or addressed nor has it been resolved.

Although I have homeowners insurance, if something should happen to my home, I cannot have an insurance claim paid because the policy has to be written in my opponent’s name as well as mine because he is still on my deed.

This is a summary of my nightmare and there is a lot more in between. This has been 10 years of sham proceedings in the Delaware County Courthouse.
