Tracey "Zipporah" Johnson, a multi-faceted self proclaimed "sexy nerd" is not only an intellectual but a passionately creative individual. As you will view in her readings you will notice her two (2) decades of experience as a Human Resource Officer whose career emphasizes on organizational dynamics, strategy, staffing and change management and business efficiency. Not a novice to organizational restructuring, Tracey has been apart of many mergers, acquisitions, expansions and partnerships that involved her considering and implementing solutions that take into account both the Employer and the Employee. Tracey has also been on all sides of the field from employee, manager, consultant to executive within a consulting firm. Tracey is experienced in not only the re-engineering of companies which at times includes downsizing or "rightsizing" but Tracey can also add 'expansionist' to her list of credible successes as she has taken companies and created lines of businesses increased sales, revenue, profit and human capital.
