Dr. Kerry A. Foster, Green Candidate for Mayor of Philadelphia, PA, is creating a Ground Breaking candidacy by endorsing History Making Registered Green Candidates for election seats using the Green Ticket to likely win as the Next Mayor of Philadelphia. Dr. Foster is the first Black American in Philadelphia History to be both nominated by the Green Party and recognized by the Committee of Seventy, a Political Watch Dog Group that assist the citizens of Philadelphia with voting information and fair voting practices, in the city of Philadelphia. Dr. Foster is the first Green Candidate for Mayor of Philadelphia that has endorsed a Philadelphia candidate, Warren F. Bloom, for City Commissioner that is a registered Democrat. Dr. Foster has also endorsed Philadelphia candidate, Samuel Van Stone Downing, for City Commissioner. City Commissioner's must be bipartisan as there are 3 Philadelphia City Commissioners that are elected to public office. No political party is allowed to have more than 2 elected affiliates as City Commissioner. Dr. Foster is the first Green Candidate for Mayor to endorse a Woman Green candidate, Tracey Lofton, for City Of Philadelphia Traffic Court Judge. Both the Green City Commissioner Candidate and the Traffic Court Judge Candidate are seeking to take on the Republican Incumbents holding these seats. This is excitement during Black History Month.

Community & Foster Care Parent Activist, SAMUEL VAN STONE DOWNING ANNOUNCES GREEN CANDIDACY FOR CITY COMMISSIONER
ENDORSED BY DR. KERRY A. FOSTER, GREEN CANDIDATE FOR MAYOR
City of Philadelphia -
Community and Foster Care Parent Activist, Samuel Van Stone
Downing is proud to make his formal announcement of his Green candidacy for the City Commissioner seat Saturday, March 3, 2007, 9:30 AM, at The Lancaster Avenue Autonomous Space, 4134 Lancaster Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19104. The seat in the city commissioners office (Voting Commissioner) is held by Joseph J. Duda (R) when he was re-elected to city commissioner last election, and will be facing Van Stone in the 2007 election November 6.

Samuel Van Stone Downing, who was unanimously endorsed by Dr. Kerry A. Foster, Green, Candidate for Mayor of Philadelphia, and the Philadelphia Registered Greens, will take the platform at the LAVA Building flanked by a host of supporters and well-wishers. “I am the only potential Independent City Commissioner candidate,” said Van Stone. He continued, “ I am representing the Green Party and the underprivileged as a serious challenger to the Republican Party's incumbent candidate. This is because I am for protecting the registered voter's and the pollwatcher's education in elections. And I am the only political candidate searching for answers along with the community. I have an open platform that calls for new ways to register voters on-line now in Philadelphia. This is the first solution among many to quickly reduce the voter disenfranchisement in Philadelphia. And I will suggest solutions to solve the Pollwatcher's problems in this city because voter registration education and safety is what I have done in Philly.”
For the past twenty years, Samuel Van Stone Downing has served the Philadelphia Community citywide promoting an understanding about the importance to register to vote, encompassing the Northeast Philadelphia, West Philadelphia and parts of Far Northeastern Philadelphia. “I have been to the recreation centers, schools and Senior Citizen Centers volunteering for street work activity on key issues. These include education and expansion of quality election, pay and
education for pollwatchers. I decided to run for City Commissioner because there are still too many people struggling to find a stable job though a stable voting registration process. There are still too many families without access to critical registering to vote process.”

“As you read this message to the residents of Philadelphia County and the City of Philadelphia, please know that I stand with you and look forward to working with you in my new likely honorable elected position: Philadelphia City Commissioner!”

Black Indian Nations Awareness, and Police

by Van Stone

vspfoundation@yahoo.com

There are thousands of Blacks who are members of a force organized, especially by a city or state government, to maintain order, prevents and detects crime, and enforces the laws. The Community knows that force as, Police. In some ways, Black Police and Blacks in general, are three people.

Black cops go to the Police Academy and study Law, as Americans. Blacks hang out with their friends and go to American Museums learning all they can about their African Continental Heritage, as African Americans. But, police or not, blacks are also members of the Black Indian(s) Nation, as a third person in one. Others can celebrate their culture along with them.

Many blacks call themselves Part-Cherokee Indian, but do very little or nothing, to strive to keep their Black Cherokee traditions alive. Failing to do so, in a sense, is a good thing because most that believe that they are of the Cherokee bloodline are incorrect about this relationship. Whats more is, most blacks today are not aware that, the Cherokee Indian members were slaveowners.

What black person would want to be related to former slaveowners while at the same time complaining about the crime-slavery? Still, Black Indian Nation Awareness is vital, and it should be taught in public schools. Why? Because Black Indian Nation(s) were here long before General, George Washington and Writer, Benjamin Franklin was born.

The Indian Nations called the Choctaw, Creek, and Chickasaw, they too were slaveowners of Africans although though they knew that slavery was wrong. By 1860, when slavery had become a major part of life for the majority who lived in the South, only the Seminole Indian Nation, on West Coast soil, rejected slavery there, acting as police for the runaway slave community. As for Free blacks they too became a part of the majority on Florida soil, they policed, in 1816, to protect and serve, becoming so emotionally involved in their work to help slaves that, Blacks married Seminole Indians. These two Free Police together made war on crime, as One Nation, under God, as they knew Almighty God to Be.

Police were warring on slavery, a crime, and abroad as far back as 1790. A Spanish census in California found 18 percent of the population of San Francisco and 24 percent of San Jose had Native American and Black mixed ancestors. Apparently several of the majority then had a High interest in loving what Police do-especially many of the young people of their day. Thus as a side point, it would be a much needed violence stopper to have young children, and people of color today, come together against crime supporting Police instead of, being a part of crime.

In 1849, Talented Black Indian(s) on the Eastern Coast were of the Chippewa Indians in New York, and of the Delaware area Valley Indians-called Lenni Lenape, here in Philadelphia, PA, Chester, PA, and in the New Jersey and Delaware states. If you live in either of these 4 locations

and you are black; you are a Black Indian called Lenni Lenape.

Today, many black residents whose grand parents were born and raised in eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware can trace their ancestry back to famous Black Indian Nations who were Police, proud of who they are-and where they come from. If you are related to these defenders of safety, you can teach your family about how you were never slaves, but as it was, your ancestors fought for freedom long before the abolitionist, before the Civil War.

This Newspaper Personality will guest visit to speak about: Disability Homes and Elevator Safety Exit Routes, Black Indian Nations, History of Religious Order(s) Abused Survivors, Special Police and Fire Units, Black Auto Sports/Sports Talk and Police Poetics. For a Donation/an appearance phone (215) 747-8746; proceeds benefits Police and Fire Youth Cadets.

Special Investigator Probes Possible MEDIA COURTHOUSE- Jehovah’s Witnesses, Abuse Scandal

Special Investigator Probes Possible

MEDIA COURTHOUSE-

Jehovahs Witnesses, Abuse Scandal

by Van Stone, Baittank Downing, and Gerald McNeil

vspfoundation@yahoo.com

Philadelphia, PA, and MEDIA COURTHOUSE-He lost 4 family members, survived two wrongful imprisonment, survived several violations of his Constitutional Rights, and weighed barely 190 pounds when his mother tried to bail him out of George Hill Correctional Facility, formerly known as the Delaware County Prison, in 2004. Officer Coleman, a Special Investigator, involved within petitions and complaints of Community Family Issues, - a Public Watchdog group, is drawing on most recently reports of corruption within the intertwined Media Court House District Court Officials Bench and the West Philadelphia Jehovah‘s Witnesses Leaders Bench conducting abusiveness to its’ members.

Coleman, a recent member of the Philadelphia Police Clergy, known for volunteering in the community to fight for justice for family victims (being their voice) is dedicating himself, with strong support, to tracking down 4 Delaware County Justices, 1 Court Master, 12 Jehovah‘s Witnesses (consisting of 10 JW's Elders, and 2 JW's female members), and 1 attorney. He is investigating their serious involvement in alleged discriminatory practices and illegal use of a Pennsylvania State Bench to wrongfully imprison minorities and violations of their Constitutional Rights, of particular children and their families, beginning in August 2002. In addition, involved with the allegations about these corrupt individuals, is a Home Evaluator, of the Ridley area, who has been practicing for years.

Although Coleman trained as a Chester County Housing Police Officer, he was contacted by an anonymous lead person, a father who at this time does not want his name mentioned, to investigate ongoing misconduct at the Media Courthouse, in Media, Delaware County.

"I am pursing this as a spiritual matter", says Coleman, "because it seems that the anonymous individuals attorneys have lost interest in this deeply serious matter. The victim is a devout religious father who I feel, as a ministering man of God myself, has come forward to help others". "About the accusations", Coleman said, "We are proud to take the case, no matter where it ends".

According to Coleman, the father claims that thousands of Blacks are being wrongfully imprisoned by four District Court Judges, presiding in the Media Court House, Common Pleas Court, using the friendly guise of Violation of Protection of Abuse Orders, as a means to imprison Black males and other male minorities, because of their gender and race, sentencing them to six (6) months of jail time or more, at the George Hill Correctional Facility. " Screams can be heard from far below the courtroom", says the father. "Judges are conducting Roots operations", he said.

"They are running an assembly line of Black men chained and shackled, from the courtroom, to the dark dingy jail cells, to George Hill Prison, where once you get there, you are charged to stay", the father said. The father claims that 45 men or more are thrown in a cell at the prison designed for ten. There is barely standing room in this cell while 45 men or more are forced by Correctional Officers to sleep on top of one another, even with their heads lying next to the toilet. "There is urine and human feces on the floor", the father said. These men are kept in holding there at Intake for 5 days, sometimes more. "Overcrowding a cell is illegal", says Coleman. Inmates are charged $10 a day while they remain there.

Coleman claims that the victim(s) was first sent to a Prison in September 2004 as Docket No.? by the leader of the Group, Honorable Judge Barry C. Dozor. "There is a strange partnership between Dozor and Honorable Judge Toliver, Yeadon District Court", he says. It is also alleged by the victim(s) that Judge Dozor, known to refer to himself, and by others as "the god of Delaware County", according to several unnamed sources. Dozor connects with Honorable Judges Fitzpatrick and Coll who also are responsible for injustice against Black men in the Delaware County Courthouse.

A Custody Order, dated October 20, 2003, by Master Florence Wright began the violation of the fathers and his children‘s Civil Rights when the father‘s 2 children, daughter Cheyenne, age 6 and son Samson age 2 were abruptly taken without any explanation to the father or the father’s representative. It was then when the Court underhandedly turned over the children to the abusive Defendant, mother Marcia Brown, along with the maternal aunt, Regina Wilson. Both women are active Jehovah’s Witnesses of West Philadelphia area. Brown‘s then same sex partner, Pauline Manos, a former attorney at Philadelphia Center City Law firm, Fieldman and Pinto, were partners in the gun violence crime.

The Christian Congregation of Jehovah‘s Witnesses, located at 57th and Walnut Street and 43rd and Haverford Avenue, both in West Philly, became officially involved in February, 2004. The JW's Religious Order and several of its Philadelphia Congregation Leaders called Elders began witness intimidation tactics on all who might report Brown. A wife and mother carrying on a secret affair with attorney, companion Manos. Brown’s acts of gun violence threat, using a .357 Magnum gun and her abusive acts toward the dad, and their 2 children became suddenly exposed. In the Elder‘s effort to cover-up the ongoing embarrassment together they manipulated the congregation under the Church’s friendly guise of its Judicial Tribunal decisions called Disfellowshipping.

"The father and several others were wrongfully Judged both in the JW's court and the MEDIA COURTHOUSE", Coleman claims. "JW's are notorious for being taken to Court about child sexual abuse. I‘m not surprised of the attempt to cover-up", he said. "The only thing that can help the dad and others now is the free press", Coleman said.

Coleman says, "because of the serious nature of the matter, it being illegal to protest or boycott at any Court building, I am seeking the teamwork of Delaware County Senators and news media to help move this to justice". If the scandal breaks to a national level, Coleman wants others who love Philadelphia to help breaking the story. "Folks from Philly County that visit Media are being mistreated based on Delaware County creating the silly notion that, Philly is beneath Media", he said. "That is absolutely false", Coleman said.

Meanwhile he says that he is planning to contact other reputable people for assistance like reporter for the Delaware County Times, Marlene Digiacomo, known for doing stories on the MEDIA COURTHOUSE, and also the Philadelphia NAACP head J. Whyatt Mondesire, - Mondesire is the publisher of the Philadelphia Sun.

According to Coleman, as the investigation goes on smoothly, "names of the JW's Elders will be brought out in the Spotlight". He says, Aright now the Court Judges and the Master are the focal point that needs to be immediately addressed to try and get the Media District Court cleaned up, as I know we can. "I don't think that any just Justice in any County would appreciate a Judge bragging about themselves being a god in Delaware County", he said. Coleman also comments, "This Judge is obviously operating by instilling fear amongst his peers. We shall see how the Real God sees that!"

Coleman feels the father was exonerated to return to society, but to Coleman, he is convinced that Judge Dozor intentionally attempted to prevent the dad and others from finding jobs. Also, he feels others have knowledge of the Delaware Courts abuse and JW's abuse. He wants anyone with special information about mistreatment at the MEDIA COURTHOUSE to contact him only at: chapelfirepolice@yahoo.com. "Any information that may be helpful will remain confidential", Coleman said.

Saluting Scoop U.S.A. Staff & Present Phila.

Candidates for Public Office; candidate predictions

by Van Stone vspfoundation@yahoo.com (215) 747-08746

In 2007 more people celebrate Black History Month in their own communities. And most read the newspaper weekly, for history in the making about blacks in Philadelphia County and Delaware County, in the Toby Rich Column therein the Scoop Newspaper. That brings me to this year’s saluting the Scoop’s staff for excellent work in community service and star example of Islamic Women on the move. Akiba Collins, Scoop staff and classy Muslim sister, is the answer this year to our demand of Scoop press, a volley of underground news about freedom. Speaking of freedom, Philly is in desperate need to be free from the problem of troubling public schools, transportation, lack of successful black owned newspapers, job finding, and questionable voting places. This year’s major candidates for both Mayor of Philadelphia and City Commissioner of Philadelphia are the major busy bodies in my book of Black History Month. Each of these candidates has made achievement revival in the black community their own personal business. The major candidates are also black and white Americans. Just like in the abolitionist days.

What’s the bottom line in politics is in my column here. And Scoop readers feel for this.

Each political candidate in this article, Mr. Chaka Fattah, Mr. Bob Brady, Mr. Michael Nutter, Mr. Tom Knox, Mr. Dwight Evans, Dr. Kerry Foster, Mr. Warren Bloom, and Mr. Al Taubenberger deserves the Black History bug and hug them salute. Regardless of the Philly election outcome I don’t doubt that each will view the other candidate as family for the American Dream. This is a fine time during Black History saluting moments for me to tell you the reader what you have been looking for. Who’s likely to be the next Mayor and or City Commissioner of Philly? There are 5 major Democrats, 1 major Green, and 1 major Republican for Mayor. There is 1 heavy Democrat that has announced in 2006 for City Commissioner. As I said, all have made the Black History Month salute in the Scoop. My independent poll and political analyst of (“exactly”) where these candidates are, - they’re all known fighters for the better equality of life for black men and women in Philly, -in the running now is mentioned just below their own photo. Check it and believe it. (Diane White at: frontpagenews.us contributed to this article).

King’s Day at Malcolm X Park;

Green Machine 2007
by Van Stone
vspfoundation@yahoo.com (215) 747-8746

Gregorio PAC Cojulun, Jr., the real life "PAC Man" does it again. This time around it’s Cojulun and the Friends of Malcolm X Park cleaning in Honor of the late great Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King. Dr. King was an African-American leader in the Civil Rights Movement. He spoke in front of 250,000 black and white Americans in Washington, D.C. The Friends of Malcolm X Park talked to the young and the old about what is your dream? While raking leaves and picking up trash together. Cojulun, President of the Friends of Malcolm x Park and Mr. Walter Montazue, Vice President of the Friends of Malcolm X Park are just a few of the major contributors who helped guide the Malcolm X Memorial Park, Pine St. to Larchwood Ave., 51st St. to 52nd St., West Philadelphia, back to its current grandness. Walter, is a direct decedent of the long family line of the famous Montazue’s during French History. The park gives us future hope.

Dr. King’s speech, "I Have A Dream" was about his dream of a better America and or in other words the United States. In his dream, everyone is treated fairly, everyone gets along, and everyone is free. In the United States, people speak generally of the Green Party, but there is actually more than one national-level Green political organization in the United States. Probably the two best-known national Green Party organizations in America are the Green Party USA and the Green Party of the United States. In Philly we are interested in the Green Party of the United States, or in short, GPUS. A person who believes in the Green Party, without announcing the inclusion of the word "America", accepts government by the people; a form of government in which the supreme power is vested in the people and is exercised directly or through elected representatives; political or social equality; green party spirit. As of the year 2001, the Green Party has been a much larger known Third Political Party and more visible Independent party. The Federal Election Commission in 2001 recognized the Green Party as a national committee of a political party. This actually means that where ever there is a city in our country there should be a City Committee that is operating having elected members to represent folks needs. The Democratic Party, the Republican Party, and the Green Party all have representatives doing some volunteering throughout Philadelphia in celebration of Martin Luther King Day. For days and times of future volunteering activity by these parties you can contact their main offices to know how you can join them in the work.

The history of the one Green Party dates back to its’ foundation in the year 1984, originally called the Green Committees of Correspondence. In 1991 a split occurred. And the Green Party United States of America begun. UN-connected with the Green USA now led to the embrace of the new and improved organization, The Autonomous State Green Parties (ASGP). At this stage, it is organized as an informal project between 1992 and 1992. Afterwards, the idea of a national organization of state-based parties was formed. You, dear reader, may recall that the Green Parties (ASGP) carried by a small group of organizers recruited Ralph Nader for the1996 presidential campaign, beginning in1995. Most registered voters who changed parties from either Democratic or Republican to newly affiliation Green by the end of that 1996 election disappointedly switched back to Democratic or Republican. While the party still stands as we know it for Grass Roots Democracy, Social Justice, Nonviolence, and Ecological Protection certain individuals who registered Green in 1996 did very little to help communities learn about the Green Party. And very few today have ever heard of the Green Party Green Machine. It’s very important to note that political status in the United States has lead to Black History celebrating a rich heritage and the likes of Martin Luther King Jr.

The Greens/GPUSA lost its political party status with the Federal Election Commission. It had reported no income or expenditures for some time. Because an FEC committee exists to regulate expenditures on political activity, there was no need for the committee any more. The Greens/GPUSA now exists as a political organization, not a political party. Members of this issues group of course participate in elections if they choose to support a candidate for any particular public office. However, it appears that this particular Green Party can not be as explosive as the Third Party, Green Party.

Today, right here in Philadelphia, the City of Brotherly Love, the City Committee, Phila. Green Party not only has proper structure of the party or attitudes toward elections, it is a visible representation of people who feel Philly needs more family celebrations, community workshops, youth voter registration education, crime reduction projects, parents, teachers, reading specialist, and Ward leadership all over Philly who are using our Democracy to build better Philadelphians. If you need additional information on the Green Machine, Green Party, Philadelphia, email one of it’s local representatives, Isabelle Buonocore at:
isabellebuonocore@hotmail.com. Hope you enjoyed your King Day Celebration.

"Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. embraced the best of the valor of African-American brotherhood and wholehearted love for all humankind. King believed in work underground to all things that demean and humiliate the human courage and give rise to unrighteous control and illegal authority. Martin was an advocate of cooperation and teamwork for the greater good of strengthening peoples and societies. MLK believed that Black Americans have an equal place at the chart of humanity, hand out by Love and maintained by lookout for one another. Minister Malcolm X comprehended the best of the heart of Black American self-determination, both for individuals and society to overcome all obstacles in the quest for freedom. X believed that all heritages should be treated with value and dignity, regardless of the differences. He also believed that strong families make strong people and that Blacks should continually build upon new strengths in order to make a positive offering to our city..."

What Dr. Foster Proposes if Elected Mayor?

by Van Stone

vspfoundation@yahoo.com
(215) 747-8746

It's true, in the political realms of candidate for Philly mayor no one has heard of Dr. Kerry A. Foster. In fact in these realms no one has heard of a Bishop running for anything political. Yes! Dr. Foster is a Bishop. Most Churches teach that separation between church and state means that politics is not allowed in the church, any church. Well, since the highest position in the church is the seat of Bishop it seems that one just as well attains the highest position in the city, the seat of Mayor. Hey, don't blame me. Joseph did it. Biblical Joseph was both Bishop and mayor of Egypt. And his eldest brothers were very jealous of this. So, with the newest chapter in the race for Philly mayor I give you 1 liberal-minded ordained minister in the mist of the battle to be the One. Some tell me that in the church the highest seat of authority is not the Bishop but the Apostle. But since Dr. Foster is a professed Christian, we're not gonna talk church here but just what does Dr. Foster propose to do if he's chosen by the people to be mayor. Dr. Foster proposes to work very close with what city council has already established in creating more pubic safety measures. He will push to give Philly police the right to conduct gun searches in homes citywide without a search warrant, but the homes must be designated to be in no gun zones. He will push to create no gun zones, which means unless you have a registered gun on your person or keep a limited amount of firearms in your home police may not only confiscate the guns but also hall you in to the police station. Foster will ask legislation to reduce and limit the amount of bullets sold to customers by gun shops. He also wants to increase more availability for gun ranges to sell bullets so that more shooting may be done at the range and not on the streets. In Philadelphia Foster seeks giving it's power to pass it's own laws on what constitutes child abuse. This means that Dr. Foster wants, in Philadelphia, all persons whose occupation, profession, or spiritual vocation causes them to come into contact with children are required by law, when they have reasonable cause to suspect abuse, to report or cause a report of that abuse to the county child protective services agency and or the local police. He says he is pushing for the member of clergy no exception act in cases of confidential communication. There shall be regardless of circumstances no congregation in the city that may know of child abuse in the congregation and not report it. Foster hopes to place other measures of law in Philly to cover protecting kids and their own rights. He will push for making an illegal gun activity, any, from the seller, the purchasers, and to the shooters an automatic conviction of a child abuse act. And child abuse on ones record will prevent anyone from getting a job in the field of childcare. He will ask city council to push with him for a pay raise for police officers and firefighters. And he will push to end the freeze on ci ty hiring. And he will kill the fee to file an application for city employment. Foster also says he will seek more corporate business for the city that demographics are kids, parents and family fun oriented projects like year round amusement parks, man made beaches, and ecological conservation. And he will define more property-tax relief. Dr. Foster will seek to raise more funds for the city by changing the way family recreation sites are run, supervised and staffed. The mayor should get more personally involved with executive management and contracting of use of recreation department buildings and entertainment buildings. Foster proposes selling more cities buildings to non profits and partnering with non-profits to lease purchase more city owned land. Getting police officers and firefighters a pay raise isn't a bad way to start off as mayor. But I'm sure that the thing folks will like about this candidate's interest, as mayor is what he says next. What will be done if he's elected is create a job increase in the city where it doesn't matter if you have a criminal record or not. To reduce the number of teens who are jobless while in school. Increase the per day, pay rate, of foster parents so that Philadelphia County can be equal to the way other counties serve foster children per diem. Speaking of other county's, get this. In Philadelphia Foster wants to halt all business doing between Philly residents intertwined with family court and Media Courthouse Delaware County Family Court. He opposes contracts with Delaware County Prison holding Philly incarcerated prisoners until Media Courthouse deal with alleged patterns of judicial misconduct against male Philadelphians who end up as unfounded targets of court ordered warrants for arrest for violation of protection from abuse. The supposed victims reside in Delaware County and are granted PFA's against male Philadelphians without the accused being properly served such orders to appear at the Delaware County Courthouse. Del. Co prisons gain from this. And he wants to raise the minimum wage of childcare workers, "is what he'll do," says Foster, as your Philly mayor. Childcare workers work hard before or after school hours. Foster's goal is, in Philly, childcare staff will be viewed as trade workers. Foster,a former Vice Principal, seems to understand the need for childcare workers to be viewed as professional in their own type of work with kids. Today, childcare staff is not considered as having professional work. According to Dr. Foster, these types of jobs will bar none from working and it will help quickly increase the average workers year salary from $17, 000 a year to 45,000 a year. Finally, Foster says he wants to empty the jails of the underemployed, empty the churches of the disappear victims, and empty the homes of parentless children. He has a plan to create jobs for ex offenders, chaplain police encouragers, and foster parents. Foster Parents will be paid to go to the kids who need parents and not just kids being delivered to them for care. How does Foster plan to pay for this? According to him, the city will use a $900 million dollar a year designated fund raised just to cover the 3 issues of employment for ex offenders, church victims and kids who appear to have no parents at home. When asked how do you expect to raise the $900 million, Foster jokingly says, "it's simple, well do what the Jehovah's Witnesses do, borrow the money from them. They pull in an easy $900 million a year and pay no taxes. Why can't this city do it? But not like that." "Somebody is gonna pay some tax but -just do it," he said. "We'll tell folks, the world is about to end. That'll get us the money," he said. But Foster wants to get serious about raising that $900 million by taking back all cars used by city staff. "Even the mayor should drive his own car, if it comes down to doing it to get the money for the poor and underachieving people in Philly," he says. He also says that he wants to help the church clean house of criminals. He wants to do what as mayor? Lets see if Bishop Foster can get maybe two of those things done if he can get that far.
