At Dover Air Force Base at 11pm on Sunday, the media was allowed to cover the arrival of a fallen service man killed overseas for the first time in 18 years. Staff sergeant Phillip Myers of Virginia was killed Saturday in Afghanistan.
President Obama asked for a review of the media ban put in place by President George H.W. Bush in 1991. Major Paul Villagran of Dover Air Force Base says the new policy gives families the final say:
