series Lia Puerto is the guest speaker, Friday, October 2, 2015. Licensed as a California real estate
professional since 2006, and known as the “Super Agent”, Lisa has recently added
the titles of national motivational speaker and author to her impressive list
of accomplishments. As an advocate of
consumer awareness and a proponent of youth empowerment and development, she
continues to strive for creative and
innovative ways to be a specialized resource for her community and clients.
Author of the first real estate
book for youth, “Real Estate 100: The
Teen Home Buying Experience”, it is now available online at Amazon and
Barnes & Noble and from www.realestate100.net.
She has been featured in the LA Sentinel Newspaper
(California’s largest African American owned newspaper); a guest speaker on
Superforce Radio, LI News Radio—The Stephanie O Show, and on Universal
Radio—You Must Learn Blog Talk Radio; a
guest speaker at the 4th Annual “I’ve Known Rivers” Film festival;
and she is recently scheduled to speak at various East Coast venues in
October.

Puerto will speak and have a book signing will be at the ICPIC New Africa Center/Muslim American Museum, 4243 Lancaster Avenue,
Philadelphia, PA, 19104, on Friday, October 2, 2015, at 7PM, at their
October’s 1st Friday Fish Fry and Chat Night affair. The
program is free and open to the public - youth and their families are
encouraged to attend. Doors open at 6PM.
