“The heat outside isn’t necessarily the problem — it’s the heat in the house. If it’s 90 outside, it could easily be ten degrees hotter inside.”
The PCA says the problem with fans is that many folks don’t use them properly. Make sure you have the windows open when you crank up the fans, to circulate the air.
