Tastykake Cuts Ribbon for its New Headquarters in South Philadelphia

Tasty Baking Company has officially moved into its new home at the Navy Yard in South Philadelphia.

A ribbon-cutting ceremony today capped off an eventful day in the company's 96-year history.

The move from the Nicetown plant that was home since 1922 signals the start of a new era, says Tasty Baking president and CEO Charles Pizzi (far right):

"We have great capacity here so we'll be able to double our capacity."
