Philadelphia police have announced the arrest of a 14-year-old boy in connection with a series of groping incidents that occurred over the past several months in the Broad Street Subway.
The teenager, whose identity was being withheld because of his age, is being booked in connection with four incidents going back to April that happened in subway concourses and stairwells in South Philadelpha.
In some cases the victim was groped, in other cases the attacker tried to pull down her pants. One time the victim was thrown to the ground.
In each case the suspect fled up a stairwell to the street, where he vanished.
