Philadelphia police were reviewing what they called critical video evidence from the scene of a shooting where four people, including a city police officer were wounded early Sunday morning in North Philadelphia.
The officer, 26-year-old Ashley Hoggard, had suffered a setback overnight, but but he was upgraded to good condition Monday afternoon.
Deputy police Commissioner William Blackburn said there was video of a man being shot just outside a bar in the 1300 block of Somerset street. And, Blackburn said tere was some sort of gun relay, apparantly planned to thwart police even before they arrive on the scene.
