Philadelphia kicks off its second annual Spring Cleanup this weekend.
Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter says it's the volunteers who make the city's Spring Cleanup a success:
"People want this city to be a clean city. They want to be involved. They want to do something that actually makes a difference in their community, whether it's just taking care of your front steps or taking care of your sidewalk, a community building activity; painting a fence, planting a tree, fixing up a rec center."
