Tensions are running high lately on the fourth floor of Philadelphia City Hall, as City Council members find themselves under pressure by the mayor to give up perks, and in the crosshairs of public opinion.
In the few weeks since Mayor Nutter publicly urged city council members to give up their city-owned cars, they've also been criticized on web forums and op-ed pages for big budgets and enrollment in the DROP pension program.
